The villas blur the distinction between inside and outside. old notions of boundary and enclosure, so

common to the semi chic box architecture of nowadays misinterpreted minimalism, are being thrown

overboard. walls become fabrics become bamboo become driftwood become air, dematerialize, while

the soft becomes the shelter. everything floats and sways in the wind like the sarongs. the resort is

ideas and imaginations associations and memories,- somewhere between a take right to the heart and

a fata morgana in a tropical sunset.

別墅模糊了室內和室外之間的界線。摒棄了一般對極簡主義的誤解，界限和場地的老概念。

牆壁變成布料成變成竹變成為的漂流木頭變成空氣。一切在隨風漂浮並且搖擺像布裙。別墅

是意念，想像力和記憶、是心裡的熱帶日落。

Utilizing the predominantly western winds, the eighteen-story KingKa Hotel integrates large wind

turbines that will present an iconic image seen throughout the city, emphasizing the commitment to the

project. Effectively, this single wind turbine will supplement the existing power source, providing emis-

sion free renewable energy that will account for up to twenty percent of the energy needed to supply

the entire site.

運用當地的西風，十八層的KingKa旅館利用了代表城市影像的大風渦輪在項目中。這個風渦

輪將有效地補充現有的電源，可再造能源提供整個大廈佔百分之二十的必要能量。

Situated on a prime spot along the Palma de Mallorca bay, this project is more a reinvention than a

renovation. Formerly a non-descript 1960s concrete building with little in the way of memorable traits,

the new structure will be clad in textile sculptures which resemble futuristic seaweed emerging from the

sea below to cover the lower portion of the building. The upper part of the building is clad with more

textiles, softening the previously monolithic structure by providing shade, texture and depth. A dramatic

rooftop infinity pool cascades down the tower, collection on second story platform.

responsive to site orientation and HVAC requirements, whilst providing and iconic luster,

uncommon to the area’s skyline.

Located in the center of Jing An District of Shanghai, Lot 78 Project is a Masterplanning and Architec-

tural Design Project. The Lot is surrounded by 4 major streets giving it a excellent location for com-

mercial and residential use. Keeping tec’s ecological sensitive approach, the playful façade has planters

and large outdoor balconies integrated in them. The planters provides opportunity for a greening the

façade; the large balconies provides shading from direct heat gain. All the units are minimized in the

horiontal direction, allowing for cross ventilation.

位于上海静安区中央，Lot 78是一个总体规划和建筑设计项目。四条主要街道围绕着项目地

块，让其成为最佳的商务及住宅项目选址。秉承tec 建筑事务所一贯保护生态环境的设计理

念，设计在外墙设置花盆和户外阳台，为外墙增添朝气。花盆有助绿化外墙，而大型的阳台可

提供遮阳，减低直接的热增益。为了确保单位前后通风，设计尽量减低单位的横向建设。
