You do your duties in the workshop and by assembly applications with our customers. Because with us the customer is a king, we wish a high readiness for duty. Briefly around: the field of activity of the locksmith or industrial mechanic is very many-sided and requires a high degree of flexibility, craft talent and good technical understanding as well as high-class orientation. These are your duties: • You are the team leader whom one wishes: Lead, co-ordinate, motivate, are contact partner, train new employees, a freefrom problems layer handing over and the guarantee of the flow of information, security instructions take before and answer for the personnel application planning - this is the executive function which waits for you. • Concerning the contents you are the head for the offer production, the project planning and the treatment, i.e. the planning of the processing of the customer missions, control and monitoring of the manufacturing in the workshop and - all-important - the communication with to all areas. • Introduce not least your abilities among and others for the observance of dates of delivery and work vigorously and responsibly by assembly applications on site. • You are the first contact for our customers and your quality conscious being serves for the protection of the high customer claims. You dispose of the following conditions: • Successfully completed technical or craft education, ideally to the industrial mechanic (m/w) or a comparable metal occupation • Several years' appropriate work experience and leadership experience in this area • Well-founded specialist knowledge and the ability to move this independently • High readiness to learn and motivation, team ability and reliability • Driving licence class B We offer: It expects you an unlimited labour condition in full time and a diverse activity in which you can prove daily your well-founded specialist knowledge and your skills.
