Students

• Read passage/sentences.• Pick the word that best completes each

sentence.• Write your answers next to the matching

numbers on paper.

Teams

• Take turns reading the sentences, including the missing words.

• Tell your teammates one clue that helped you find the answer.

• If you disagree on an answer, discuss it until all teammates agree.

Partners• Quiz your partner on the meanings of the
