But in this challenge, paralysis is quickly replaced with motivated, purposeful action as people explore the potential for “What’s Possible” with the power of collaborative teams.

I knew I had hit bull’s-eye with the Gold of the Desert Kings idea. What made me more confident about the programme was the manner in which the PROTRAINING team responded - right from the start they impressed us with their efficient, professional manner, an approach that not only inspired confidence, but generated the results we were looking for. All members of my client’s top management learnt new business skills which they could put to use in their day to day management jobs….and all the while had an amazing fun filled time..

The day was extremely good for morale as well as being good at highlighting the benefits of teamwork and our ability to stretch our boundaries.

A well organised and structured event, which produced some great results from our team. The professionalism of the facilitators – during the event but also before and after (when they set up and cleared the room) meant that I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

“Decisions-Decisions” is an interactive team decision-making business game which challenges groups to solve problems by consensus, under time pressure and on a budget! • Drive the need to manage expenses when solving customer service problems

• Demonstrate the impact of decisions on long term customer loyalty

• Discuss the value of solving problems in consultation with team members

They enter their decisions into a computer using a secret team code, the customer service score and profit balance is then printed along with the next problem.

The Decisions, Decisions activity was great for focusing the managers on the fine balance between spending and keeping customer’s happy. It provided an ideal platform for teamwork, debates and making decisions while having fun in the process. Thanks for the very professional and engaging delivery, it certainly added value to our conference.
