***ABSENCE FROM MIDTERM EXAM
o There will be NO MAKE-UP for the midterm test. Only those with valid reasons (doctor
visit, medical leave, death in the family) will be excused and accepted. Those without any
valid excuses will receive zero for the midterm exam. Please present your valid reasons
(documents) to the lecturer within 2 days from your day of absence.
ABSENCE FROM CLASS
o If you cannot make it to class due to sickness please let your lecturer/tutor know within 3 days
from your day of absence (through e-mail) and present your Medical Certificate within 5days for our records.
o
If you have to be somewhere else during class, please inform your lecturer/tutor in advance.Official reasons must be followed by a letter/memo/email from the relevant parties.
o Please be informed that if your attendance does not reach 80%,you will be automatically be
barredfrom this subject.
ASSIGNMENT
o Groupings for the group project will be done during the second weekof the class. Forming group
project should base on an origin LECTURE class section. Each group consists of MAXIMUM5members. Once you have registered, changes will not be allowed. Please check the filecontaining the project information.
o It is your responsibility to make sure that each team member does his/her shares of the work.
Each member must be responsible to do your part of the assignment. Do not try to get a free rideas this is unethical and extremely unfair to your fellow group members.
o WARNING! Please remember that if any individual or group is found duplicating the work ofothers, all parties involved will face dire consequences.
