History Taking

Anamnesis : Autoanamnesis

Chief complaint : Florid skin in almost whole body and itchy face swelling

Further Anamnesis :The patient complained of redness in almost all body and facial swelling itching that starts on the face and then spreads throughout the body since 3 days, patients initially feel itching in the face, followed by the appearance of reddish spots widespread throughout the body. Complaints arise after the patient drinks Azhytromicin obtained when control in skin and venereal clinic. Fever (+). HT (+) DM (+). Patients never cared about december 2014

Family History :Diabetes Mellitus

Resume

A Woman 45 y.o complain about reddish skin and itchy all over the body since ±5 days ago after consume two type of drugs that is Mefinal and Ciprofloxacin. The patient consumed those drugs because she felt hurt on her ears. At first, reddish skin and itchy appear on her face and then spread all over the body.
