Implication to Teaching and

Learning

Page 28: teacher's conversation resaarch project

Implications

- This implies that teachers’ mostly focus in

issues that exist in their schools.

- Students matter the most for them.

In Teaching:

Talking may serve as teachers’ way of

assessing each of their students which will

give them further assistance in developing

strategies to improve learning process.

Page 29: teacher's conversation resaarch project

Implication

In Learning:

learning process may be effective since

teachers’ concern is on their students.

In Teaching:

Since money (one of the basic needs as of

now) ranked 2, this could mean that it serves

as reinforcement/motivation for teachers to

teach well and having problem with it may

cause them to be less focus in teaching.

Page 30: teacher's conversation resaarch project

Implication

In Learning:

If that’s the case students may find

learning boring and meaningless.
