A Teacher should have a Very Good Strategy for the Communication inside the Classroom. He should Select the Language of Communication, Keeping a Number of Factors in his Mind

A teacher should be able to use reasonable pace when transacting items in foreign language so that to make the learners comfortable and able to catch the content completely.
PACE / SPEED of SPEAKING By Hathib k.k.
A Teacher should be careful when selecting the vocabulary in the foreign language that he should select simple words and should avoid bombastic and confusing words.
SELECTION OF VOCABULAY By Hathib k.k.
Teacher should use simple structures when communicating in the foreign language. He should not use long sentences with a number of clauses which may confuse the learners, and consequently make them hate the language itself.

When using examples for explaining anything, the teacher should give preference to the taste and interest of the learners.

The teacher should know how to correct the wrong answers in a psychological manner that he/she should not destroy the confidence of the learner by insulting him before his mates.

The learners may not be taking initiatives for speaking, though the teacher tells them to do so. The teacher should create confidence in them by making use of some motivational words and phrases.
Beginning a Lesson

The learners shouldn’t start a lesson at a sudden. He should create rapport with the students, first. He should use beautiful words and phrases for taking their attention fully into what he is going to discuss.

The learners shouldn’t end a lesson at a sudden, as well. He should use some concluding sentences just after completing the lesson or should give a hint that the lesson is just to be stopped within a few minutes
