To access the eProfiles open the following file:

S:\Staff Work\Profiling\S1 Profiles\ S1 Pupil eProfiles.xlsx

You can order this spread sheet to suit yourself.

Any pupil name that has a link on it will

open their Primary 7 Profile

The web links will take you to their ePortfolios

and eProfiles.

All staff should use the following username and password to access the eProfiles.

Their ePortfolio should look something like this.

At the bottom of each post you will see if any comments have been written and you can add your

own by clicking on the comment button.

Please make sure you add your name to any comment you leave as we will all be using the same login details.

Down the right hand side there will be a list of Labels.

If you click on these it should take you to any posts that pupils have linked to these

labels.

Accessing the profiles from home!!

Go to Google and sign in using the same username and password as before.

After signing in. Click on the Apps icon and select Drive

Click on S1 Pupils and the same spread sheet will open.

Note: From here you will not be able to access the P7 Profiles

If staff want to be more involved they can get their own account (those doing Coaching already have these) and

ask individual pupils to add them as readers.

Pupils also have access to a help site from their eProfile. Over time this will get filled with more help but might be a good place

to start if there are any difficulties!!
