Tiu chun ny thay th TCVN 378 70.

Tiu chun ny p dng cho cc loi ru trng pha ch t etanola vi nc, quy nh phng php th cc ch tiu sau:

Cm quan (dng bn ngoi, mu sc, mi v v);

Th tch ru trong chai;Hm lng etanola;

Hm lng axit;

Hm lng este;

Hm lng andehyt;

Hm lng metanola;

Hm lng ru bc cao.

1. LY MU

1.1. Cht lng ca ru trng c xc nh trn c s kt qu phn tch mu trung bnh ly mi l hng.

1.2. L hng l mt lng ru c sn xut cng mt nh my, ng trong cng mt loi bao b, c cng mt k nhn hiu, mt giy chng nhn cht lng v giao nhn cng mt thi gian.

1.3. Ly mu xc nh dng bn ngoi

Tin hnh theo TCVN 2600 78 vi AQL v bc kim tra theo s tha thun gia hai bn giao v nhn, hoc do c quan c thm quyn quy nh.

1.4. Ly mu kim nghim cc ch tiu cm quan khc v cc ch tiu ha l (c th phi hp vi vic ly mu iu 1.3).

Ly 15 chai ru ti cc kin cc v tr khc nhau ca l hng. Sau lc u 15 chai ri ly t mi chai mt lng ru nh nhau, sao cho c lng mu th trung bnh 2l (c th ly n 4l trong trng hp phi dng ru k loi ln). Trn u, ri chia lm hai phn bng nhau. Mt mu phn tch mt mu lu. Mu lu bo qun 10 thng k t ngy ly mu. ng mu trong chai kh, sch c nhn ghi tn c s sn xut, tn sn phm, ngy sn xut, khi lng l, k hiu l hng, s hiu giy chng nhn cht lng, ngy thng ly mu, h tn ngi ly mu.

1.5. Ly mu xc nh th tch ru trong chai. Ly 10 chai ru.

2. PHNG PHP TH

2.1. Xc nh dng bn ngoi

Kim ta nhn, bao b ng chai v chai, sau kim tra vn c v tp cht l.

2.2. Xc nh mu sc, trong

Dng hai ng so mu c ng knh v chiu di bng nhau. Rt 20 ml ru vo mt ng, 20 ml nc ct vo ng nghim kia. t hai ng trn nn trng ch sng so snh mu sc, trong. Mu sc v trong ca hai ng phi nh nhau.

2.3. Xc nh mi vRt 50 ml ru mu vo cc th, dung tch 100 150 ml ngay sau ngi v nm xc nh mi v v.

Khi c ru chun cho php th nm so snh nhng khng c th qu 3 mu. Th nm so snh mu th vi cc mu c cht lng bit phi theo th t t mu c cht lng tt n xu.Tin hnh th cc ch tiu cm quan trong phng thong khng c mi l, xa phng th nghim ha hc.

Khi th cm quan, cho im theo TCVN 3217 79.

2.4. Xc nh th tch ru trong chai2.4.1. Dng c

Bnh nh mc, dung tch 500 ml;

ng ong, dung tch 100 ml, khc vch 1 ml.2.4.2. Tin hnh th

Vi chai ru c dung tch ln hn 500 ml:

Ly mt chai ru nhit 20oC, rt thn trng vo bnh nh mc, dung tch 500 ml n vch mc. Phn ru cn li o bng ng ong 100 ml.Vi chai ru c dung tch nh hn 500 ml.

Ly mt chai ru rt vo bnh nh mc dung tch 500 ml. Sau dng ng ong 100 ml c cha chnh xc 100 ml ru mu, rt vo bnh nh mc trn cho n vch mc. Ghi ly th tch ru rt t ng ong ra.2.4.3. Tnh kt qu

Th tch ru trong chai (V) tnh bng ml, theo cng thc:

Vi chai ru c dung tch ln hn 500 ml:

V = 500 + V1Vi chai ru c dung tch nh hn 500 ml:

V2 th tch ru t ng ong rt vo bnh nh mc, ml.Xc nh th tch ru trong 10 chai, ly kt qu trung bnh.2.5. Xc nh hm lng ru etanola2.5.1. Phng php dng ru k (phng php trng ti).

2.5.1.1. Dng c

ng ong hnh tr bng thy tinh, 500 ml;

Ru k o 20oC, khc vch 0,1;

Nhit k 0 50oC, khc vch 0,5oC.2.5.1.2. Tin hnh th

Gi ru 20oC trong 30 pht, rt ru vo ng ong kh, sch, rt cn thn theo thnh ng ong, trnh to bt kh qu nhiu. Th t t ru k vo ng ong sao cho ru k khng chm qu su so vi mc c. ru k n nh. c ru trn ru k khng c bt kh bm vo ru k lm sai lch kt qu.

2.5.2. Phng php dng bnh t trng

2.5.2.1. Dng c v thuc th

Bnh t trng, dung tch 25; 50 ml;

Etanola 96%;

Ete etylic tinh khit hoc axeton.2.5.2.2. Tin hnh th Ra sch bnh t trng, trng 3 ln bng nc ct, trng 2 ln bng etanola 96%, hay 2 ln bng ete etylic hoc axeton. Lm kh ngoi khng kh hoc sy nh 50oC trong 30 pht. Sau cn bit khi lng bnh.T t cho nc ct un si ngui vo bnh t trng. Ngm bnh vo chu nc c nhit 19 19,5oC trong 30 pht. Cn thn cm nhit k vo bnh t trng sao cho khng c bt kh bn trong. a nhit nc trong chu ln 20oC, gi sao cho nhit trong bnh t trng lun lun 20oC. Trong 15 pht (nu c my iu nhit cng tt). Ly giy lc thm kh ht phn nc tro ra vi v np bnh. Ra bnh t trng bng bng thm nc etanola 96% cho ht nc bm ngoi bnh. Dng bng hoc khn sch lau kh bnh. bnh nhit phng cn trong 30 pht. em cn trn cn phn tch bit khi lng nc ct v bnh.Dng bnh t trng trn, nc ct ra, lm kh bnh hoc trng ra nhiu ln bng chnh ru mu, cho ru vo bnh v lm cc thao tc nh i vi nc. Sau khi cn bit khi lng ru v bnh.

2.5.2.3. Tnh kt qu

2.6.1. Xc nh hm lng axit ton phn

2.6.1.1. Dng c v thuc th

Microburet 2ml, khc vch 0,01ml;

Bnh nn nt mi 250ml;

Pipt 50ml, 100ml;

Natri hidroxit, dung dch 0,05N;Fenolftalein, dung dch 1% trong ru 60%.

2.6.1.2. Tin hnh th

Dng pipt ly chnh xc 50ml (i vi ru c hm lng axit ln) hoc 100ml (i vi ru c hm lng axit nh) cho vo bnh nn, thm 3 git ch th fenolftalein, dng dung dch natri hidroxit 0,05N chun ti mu pht hng bn trong 30 giy

2.6.1.3. Tnh kt qu

Hm lng axit (X1) tnh bng mg axit axetic trong 1l ru 100o theo cng thc:

2.6.2. Xc nh hm lng axit bay hi

2.6.2.1. Dng c v thuc th

B ct ru;

Bnh nh mc, dung tch 250ml;

Microburet, 2ml, khc vch 0,01ml;Buret 5ml, khc vch 0,05ml;Natri hidroxit, dung dch 0,05N;

Fenolftalein, dung dch 1% trong ru 60%.

2.6.2.2. Tin hnh th

Ly chnh xc 250ml nc cho vo bnh nh mc, ri rt vo bnh cu ca b ct. Dng khong 100ml nc ct trng sng bnh nh mc 2 3 ln chuyn ton b ru vo bnh cu. Ly h thng ct, hng dch ct vo bnh nh mc trn cha sn 30ml nc ct.Sau khi chng ct c 2/3 dung tch bnh mc v nhit hi ct t 100oC, th ngng ct. Thm nc ct gn vch mc 20oC trong 30 pht. Sau thm nc ct n vch mc, lc u.

Dng pipt ly chnh xc 100ml ru ct li, cho vo bnh nn, dung tch 250ml, thm 3 git ch th fenolftolein. Dng dung dch natri hidroxit 0,05N chun ti mu pht hng bn trong 30 giy.

2.6.2.3. Tnh kt quTheo 2.6.13.

2.7. Xc nh hm lng este

2.7.1. Ni dung

Sau khi trung ha lng axit c trong ru thm chnh xc mt lng natri hidroxit d x phng ha este trong ru v chun li lng natri hidroxit d.

2.7.2. Dng c v thuc thBnh nn nt nhm, 250ml;

ng lm lnh nt nhm, cm va bnh nn trn;

Pipt 10; 50; 100ml;

Natri hidroxit, dung dch 0,05 v 0,1 N;

Axit sunfuric, dung dch 0,1N;

Fenolftalein, dung dch, 1% trong ru 60%.

2.7.3. Tin hnh thLy chnh xc 50ml ru hoc t hn (vi ru c hm lng este cao) hay 100ml (vi ru c hm lng este thp) cho vo bnh nn, thm 3 git ch th phenolftalein, lc u. Dng dung dch natri hidroxit 0,05N trung ha ti mu pht hng bn sau 30 giy. Thm chnh xc 10ml dung dch natri hidroxit 0,1N, lc u. Lp ng lm lnh, t vo ni nc ang si v tip tc un si trong 1 gi. Sau ly ra lm lnh ngay (vn gi nguyn ng lm lnh). Trng ra ng lm lnh 2 ln mi ln bng 10ml nc ct. Sau khi bnh ngui, tho ng lm lnh, thm chnh xc 10ml dung dch axit sunfuaric 0,1N, lc u. Chun lng axit d bng dung dch natri hidroxit 0,05N n mu pht hng bn sau 30 giy. Lm ngay mu trng bng cch cho tip chnh xc 10ml dung dch natri hidroxit 0,1N v 10ml dung dch axit sunfuric 0,1N lc u. Chun lng axit d bng dung dch natri hidroxit 0,05N n mu pht hng bn trong 30 giy.2.7.4. Tnh kt qu

Hm lng este (X2) tnh bng s mg etyl axetat c trong 1l ru 100o theo cng thc:

8,8 s mg etylaxetat ng vi 1ml dung dch natri hidroxit 0,1N;1000 h s tnh chuyn ra lt;

- h s chuyn ru t C v 100 Ch thch: Dung dch natri hidroxit dng x phng ha phi c nng xp x 0,1N v nht thit khng c ln hn nng dung dch axit sunfuric.

2.8. Xc nh hm lng andehit

2.8.1. Phng php o mu, p dng cho ru c hm lng andehit thp

2.8.1.1. Ni dung

Cho thuc th fucsin sunfit tc dng vi ru th v ru c hm lng andehyt ng tiu chun, mu ca dung dch ru th khng c m hn mu ca dung dch andehit tiu chun.

2.8.1.2. Dng c v thuc th

Ampun thy tinh, 1 2 ml;

Cn phn tch, chnh xc n 0,1mg;Bnh nh mc, 100ml;

ng nghim so mu ng bng c nt mi, 25ml;Pipt 2ml, khc vch 0,01ml;ng ong 10; 15ml.Natri hidro sunfit (NaHSO3) tinh khit phn tch, mi pha (d = 1,308g/cm3): cn 30,8 g natri hidro sunfit pha thnh 100ml;Axit sufuric, tinh khit phn tch;

Etanola 45o, khng cha andehit;

Andehit axetic (d = 0,7830), nhit si 20,8 21,8oC (cht chun);

Dung dch fucsin sunfit:Cn 0,1 funsin baz hay para fucsin chnh xc n 0,0002g trong cc kh. Ha tan lng cn trong 70ml nc ct 80oC. Chuyn dung dch t cc vo bnh nh mc dung tch 100ml. ngui bnh nh mc n 20oC, thm nc ct n vch mc, lc u.Ly 15 ml fucsin t bnh nh mc trn, cho vo bnh thy tinh c nt mi dung tch 150 200ml, thm 10ml dung dch natri hidrosufit (d = 1,308) va iu ch, lc u hn hp v thm tip 100ml nc ct, 1,5ml axit sunfuric m c (d = 1,84) lc u.Dung dch pha xong ng trong bnh thy tinh mu c nt mi, ch lnh (1-18oC) sau 24 gi mi em dng, dung dch phai khng mu c mi c trng ca lu hunh dioxyt.Dung dch andehit chnh c nng 0,45mg/ml.

Ly ampun hn kn mt u cn chnh xc n 0,0002g, h nng phn bu ca n trn ngn la n. Ngay sau nhng u h ca ampun vo bnh andehit axetic. i cho andehit vo 2/3 dung tch ampun, ly ampun ra v hn u h ca ampun trn n cn.Cn ampun ng andehit chnh xc n 0,0002g v xc nh khi lng andehit. Cn c vo khi lng andehit c trong ampun tnh ra s ml ru etanola 45o iu ch dung dch andehit chnh.

V d: khi lng andehit 0,2250g, dung dch chnh c 0,45mg/ml. V vy phi dng mt lng ru etanola 45o khng cha andehit v ru tp nh sau:

Trong : 0,7830 l khi lng ring ca andehit axetic.

Cho 499,7 ml ru etanola 45o vo bnh thy tinh mu nu, dung tch 500 1000 ml c nt mi. Th ampun ng andehit vo bnh, y cht nt li, lc mnh p v ampun. Khng lc cc mnh ampun trnh sai s.

Ch thch. Ru etanola em dng phi lm lnh n 20oC. Dung dch andehit axetic tiu chun;Ty theo gii hn cho php pha dung dch tiu chun. V d dung dch chun 12mg andehit axetic/1l cn tuyt i, pha nh sau:

Ly mt bnh nh mc dung tch 100 ml, cho etanola 45o ( lm lnh n 20oC) khng cha andehit v ru tp vo khong 1/2 dung tch bnh. Dng pipt chia n 0,01ml cho 1,2 ml dung dch andehit axetic chnh vo bnh nh mc, thm etanola 45o ( lm lnh n 20oC) n vch mc lc u.Cc dung dch andehit chnh v tiu chun phi gi trong bnh thy tinh mu nu c nt mi ch mt.2.8.1.3. Tin hnh th

Dng pipt ly 10 ml ru th, cho vo mt ng nghim so mu y bng, ly 10 ml andehit tiu chun cho vo mt ng nghim so mu khc. t c hai ng nghim vo chu nc c nhit 20 2oC cho nhit ca ru trong hai ng nghim ngui (hoc nng) n 20 2oC thm vo mi ng nghim 2 ml thuc th fucsin sunfit, lc u v gi hai ng nghim trong chu nc 20 2oC trong 20 pht k t lc cho thuc th fucsin vo. Sau em 2 ng nghim ra ch sng so snh mu sc. Mu ca dung dch th khng c m hn mu ca dung dch tiu chun.2.8.2. Phng php iot, p dng cho ru c hm lng andehyt cao.

Ni dung: Andehyt trong ru tc dng vi natri hidrosunfit. Sau tc dng vi kim gii phng natri sunfit. Chun lng sunfit thot ra bng phng php chun iot s tnh c lng andehyt c trong ru th.2.8.2.1. Dng c v thuc th

Bnh 500 ml;

Giy ch th vn nng;

Buret 25 ml, khc vch 0,1 ml;

Buret 5 ml, khc vch 0,05 ml;

Dung dch A: Ha tan 3,35g kali hydro photphat (K2HPO4) v 15,0 g kali hydro photphat trong nc ct, pha thnh 1l;Dung dch B: Ha tan 18,0 g natri sunfit v 150 ml axit sunfuric 1N trong nc ct, pha thnh 1 l;Dung dch C: Ha tan 17,5 g axit Boric v 800 ml natri hidroxit 1N trong nc ct, pha thnh 2l;Dung dch iot, 0,01N v 0,1 N:Dung dch h tinh bt, 1% mi pha

Dung dch HCl: 250 ml HCl (d = 1,16). Thm nc ct thnh 1 lt.

2.8.2.2. Tin hnh th.

Ly chnh xc mt th tch ru sao cho c cha t nht 1 mg andehyt cho vo bnh iot 500 ml, thm 50 ml dung dch A v 10 ml dung dch B, yn 20 pht, thm 1 th tch nc ct sao cho th tch dung dch trong bnh l 270 ml. Thm khong 10 ml dung dch axit clohydric dung dch trong bnh c pH = 2 (th bng giy ch th) oxy ha lng sunfit d bng dung dch iot 0,1N vi ch th h tinh bt n mu pht xanh, thm t t dung dch C vo cho n khi dung dch trong bnh c pH = 9,5, lc ny dung dch khng mu. em chun lng sunfit thot ra bng dung dch it 0,01 N cho n mu pht xanh (mu dung dch trc khi cho dung dch C vo). Lm mt mu trng vi th tch nc ct bng th tch ru th vi lng thuc th v trnh t nh trn.

2.8.2.3. Tnh kt qu

22 ng lng gam ca axetaldehyt;1000 h s tnh chuyn ra lt;

Ni dung: cho ru th tc dng vi thuc th fucsin sunfit sau khi oxy ha metanola thnh andehyt foocmic. So mu ca dung dch thu c vi mu ca dung dch tiu chun.

2.9.1. Dng c v thuc th.Bnh nh mc, 100 ml;Cn phn tch c chnh xc 0,0002 g;

Pipt 1 ml, khc vch 0,01 ml;ng so mu, y bng, c nt mi, dung tch 25 ml;Kalipemanganat, dung dch 1%, gi trong mu nu ch lnh. Sau khi pha 24 gi mi em dng v dng khng qu 4 ngy m. Dung dch phi trong v c mu hng;Axit sunfuric m c (d = 1,84) loi P.A, pha thnh dung dch long 1:1.Axit oxalic bo haDung dch tiu chun, v d pha dung dch metanola tiu chun 0,06%: Rt etanola 45o khng c ru tp v andehy vo bnh nh mc c nt mi, dung tch 1000 ml n 3/4 th tch bnh v gi 20oC. Dng microburet ng metanola cho vo bnh nh mc 0,27 ml, lc u. Thm tip etanola 45o (c nhit 20oC) khng cha ru tp v andehyt n vch mc, lc u. Nh vy ta c dung dch ru metanola 0,06%.Dung dch fucsin-sunfit: Ha tan 0,1 g fucsin baz hay parafucsin trong 70 ml nc ct 70 80oC. Rt dung dch vo bnh nh mc dung tch 100 ml, ngui n 20oC ri thm nc ct 20oC n vch mc, lc u. Rt c 100 ml fucsin va pha vo bnh thy tinh c nt mi, dung tch 150 200 ml thm 2,5 ml dung dch natri hidrosunfit (d = 1.262) mi pha, lc u. Sau 3 4 gi, thm vo dung dch 0,48 ml axit sunfuric m c (d = 1,84).Dung dch pha xong phi gi trong bnh thy tinh mu nu v ch lnh, lc em dng, dung dch phi khng mu, c mu c trng ca lu hunh dioxit v trn vi 1 th tch bng th tch etanola 45o khng c ru tp v andehit phi khng c hin mu.2.9.2. Tin hnh th

Ln lt cho vo hai ng nghim so mu y bng dung tch 25 ml. ng th nht 0,2 ml ru mu, ng th hai 0,2 ml ru metanola tiu chun. Thm vo mi ng 5 ml dung dch kali pemangant 1% v 0,4 ml axit sunfuric (1:1). y nt cc ng nghim, lc u.Sau 3 pht, thm vo mi ng 1 ml axit oxalic bo ha, khi dung dch ng mu vng nht cho thm 1 ml axit sunfuric m c (d = 1,84) dung dch mt mu hon ton, thm 5 ml thuc th fucsin-sunfit, lc u. yn hai ng nghim 35 pht, sau em so mu ca hai dung dch. Mu ca ru th khng c m hn mu ca dung dch ru tiu chun.2.10. Xc nh hm lng ru bc cao2.10.1. Ni dung

Cho ru th v ru bc cao ng tiu chun tc dng vi thuc th. Sau so snh mu ca hai dung dch.

2.10.2. Dng c v thuc th

ng nghim so mu y bng, dung tch 50 ml;

Pipt 5 ml, khc vch 0,1 ml;

Bnh nh mc, dung tch 150 ml;Isobutanola, c nhit si 108oC, d = 0,803g/cm3Isopentanola, c nhit si 132oC, d = 0,812g/cm3Etanola 45o khng c ru bc cao: cho vo bnh nn c nt mi 10 ml isobutanola v 30 ml isopentanola y nt, lc u. Np ru hn hp vo cc ampun nh.Dung dch chnh ca hn hp ru bc cao: V d:Khi lng ampun c ru bc cao1,625 g

Khi lng ampun khng1,234 g

Khi lng ru bc cao0,391

Dung dch chnh sau khi pha phi c 0,45 mg ru bc cao trong 1ml, do lng 391 mg ru bc cao phi pha trong 868,88 ml etanola 45o khng cha ru bc cao v andehyt, v bn thn ru bc cao chim mt th tch nn lng etanola 45o ch cn:868,88 - = 868,4 ml

Trong :

0,810 khi lng ring ca hn hp ru tp cho 868,4 ml etanola 45o (20oC) khng cha ru bc cao v andehyt vo bnh thy tinh kh c nt mi. Th ampun ng ru bc cao vo y cht nt li, lc mnh p v ampun. Ln lt cho vo hai ng nghim so mu dung tch 50 ml. ng th nht 5 ml ru th. ng th hai 5 ml ru bc hai tiu chun. Thm c vo hai ng mi ng 02ml dung dch andehyt salisilic 1% lc u.
