In 1955, Cooperated with TOSHIBA to build. the Electricity Meter Plant In 1956, Started to produce 1ф Electricity meter (I-11T,D-60T) with the capability of 500 sets/day. In 1961, Produced 300% over load Electricity meter (I-15T,D-65T, DR-67T).

In 1988, Started to build the production line of 3ф Electricity meter. In 1989, Started to implement the system of Statistic Process Control to increase the quality pass rate. In 1992, Built a magnetic automatic assembly line for D-4S Electricity meter with capability of 1,800 pcs/day.

Started to localize the parts of 3ф Electricity meter. Today, capacity is 2,000pcs/day. In 1994, Passed the certification of ISO-9002. In 2001, Imported 0.2 class electronic Electricity meter from PML to Tai-power.
