1ST, 2ND & 3RD PLACE WILL BE SELECTED IN EACH CATEGORY. ANYONE CAN ENTER ANY CATEGORY. ONLY ONE TAT-TOO PER CATEGORY PER PERSON AND THE SAME TATTOO CANNOT BE ENTERED INTO MULTIPLE CATEGORIES. AN IN-DIVIDUAL CAN ENTER MULTIPLE TATTOOS INTO MULTIPLE CATEGORIES.

Judging will be conducted in-person between 10:00AM and 3:30PM on August 31, 2014 at the Blue Rose Tattoo RV at Thunder in the Rockies.

RULES/GUIDELINES Anyone can enter any category. You may only enter one tattoo per category per person. The same tattoo cannot be entered into multi-ple categories. An individual can enter multiple tattoos into multiple categories. Each submission is $5.00. Judging will be done by a panel of at least 3 judges. Do not fraternize with judges, only answer if they ask questions. Scoring will be done on a 1-10 scale, based on overall appearance of the tattoo. When applicable: Originality, lines, coloring, shading, overall design, flow and movement of the tat-too will be considered. In the event of a tie between tattoos, they will be re-judged. All tattoos must be completely healed, no scabbing or peeling, or newly received (bandaged) tattoos please. Dress appropriately to show your tattoo in a tasteful manner. No complete dis-robing, not even for photos. Awards will be conducted at 4:00PM on Sun, August 31, 2014 and the Blue Rose Tattoo RV at Thunder in the Rockies.
