OsteoporosisAs we age we lose bone faster than we can re-build it, as such we need to provide our bodies with the right balance of nutrition and exercise to combat the rate of bone loss. Osteoporosis develops over time when bone breaks down at a faster rate or when we don’t have the right nutrition to support remodelling.
Osteoporosis can be treated with a protein, calcium and vitamin rich diet which are found in abundance in cheese. So, cheese can be ideal part of the diet of those suffering from osteoporosis.
