Kajang has transformed itself from a small old town to a big modern town by designing and

developing new township such as Bandar Baru Bangi and Bandar Seri Putra as well as

extending its CBD (central business district) such as extension to Sungai Chua. However, itscentre is inadequately transformed and most of its residences are working in Kuala

Lumpurand other external areas. Write your vision and plan for Kajang to transform its town

centre and to be a self-reliance town.

Urban renewal is a program of land redevelopment in areas of moderate to high density urban

land use. The process where an urban neighbourhood area was improved and rehabilitated.

The renewal process can include demolishing old or run-down buildings, constructing new,

up-to-date housing, or adding in features like a theatre or stadium. Urban renewal is usually

undergone for the purposes of persuading wealthier individuals to come live in that area.

Urban renewal is often part of the gentrification process.

Development towards sustainability goalAll developments whether of building offices, houses or other building need follow

requirements of sustainability during construction and after complete construction.

Environmental friendlyEco-friendly literally means earth-friendly or not harmful to the environment. This

term most commonly refers to products that contribute to green living or practices that

help conserve resources like water and energy. Eco-friendly products also prevent

contributions to air, water and land pollution.

All facilities and public transportation is used wiselyEncouraged citizens in using all facilities that been provided. Make it more obvious

and became advantage to them by use it.

Downtown development and privatization of public space

Increase the services and facilities in downtown to make the new development andnot focused only at centre of town

Privatize parking ride in order to privatise the public space that leave for nothing.Therefore use the public space wisely

All public toilets are privatized in keeping the cleanliness to give good impression toforeigner and make they comfortable with it

Naked Street

remove all things that supposed to make safe for pedestrian especially like trafficlights, railings, kerbs and road markings that created a completely open and even
