Asparagus MX Markets are stable as Mexico production finishes and

volume from Peru increases. Sizing and quality are both

good.

Broccoli CA, FL, GT Broccoli markets may run into a potential gap; quality is

mostly good with only occasional defects and supplies good.

Cabbage FL Supplies are good with increasing demand. Quality is good.

Carrots MX Market conditions are stable.

Cauliflower AZ, CA. Florida Cauliflower fields are finished and markets are up

with lower than forecasted supplies pulling from the West.

Celery FL, CA Condition and quality are good and markets are softer.

Corn FL Florida corn is harvesting with good quality reported.

Markets are active as demand keeps pace.

Cucumbers FL, MX Cucumber supplies from Honduras are light, and markets

will remain high until the Florida spring crop starts in

earnest.

Eggplant FL, MX Florida spring crop starts in earnest. Eggplant markets are

up and quality is fair to good with supplies lighter, especially

on fancy.

Green Beans FL Markets are still strong as supplies are light and quality is

fair. There is hope warmer weather will help size up the

remaining crop.

Herbs CA, FL, SA Markets are steady. Good supplies.

Lettuce Iceberg CA All lettuce markets are easing. Iceberg quality is improved

and weights are better. Volumes will increase and markets

will settle further as Huron/Salinas production increases.

MX, CA All lettuces are showing increased quality with stronger

demand being met with ample supplies.

Lettuce Leaf,

Green & Red

CA All lettuce markets are easing. Volumes will increase and

markets will settle further as Huron/Salinas production

increases. Defects affecting Green Leaf are expected toimprove, with volumes stable. Red leaf volume is stable as

well.

Lettuce Romaine CA All lettuce markets are easing. Romaine quality continues to

improve as well, with limited cupping noted. Volumes will

increase and markets will settle further as Huron/Salinas

production increases. Defects affecting Green Leaf are

expected to improve, with volumes stable. Red leaf volume

is stable as well.

Lettuce SpringMix

AZ Spring mix quality has stabilized. Supplies are good withgood quality being reported.

Mushrooms CA, PA, CH Stable supplies of most mushrooms with good quality.

Onions WA, TX Sheds are beginning to finish up in the northwest area,

putting pressure on markets. Texas availability is getting

better. We are seeing sprouting on the old crop. All Red

Onions will be tight for about four weeks.

Onions Green MX, CA Markets are stable with adequate volumes.

Peas Snow GT Markets are stronger with good quality.

Peppers Chiles FL Quality is good with tighter supplies.

Peppers Green FL, MX Green Pepper markets are stronger as recent erratic

weather has caused a gap. Cooler weather in Florida Green

Pepper markets has forced markets up; supplies and quality

are good.

Gold

MX Mexican Red Pepper markets have eased. Yellow Pepper

markets are steady and supplies are stable.

Potatoes Russet ID Russet Potato markets are steady and quality is good.

White & Yukon

CN, US Recent frost has impacted the Florida Red and Yellow

Potato crop and slowed down movement.

Potatoes Yams MS, LA Supplies are good with great quality.

Spinach AZ, CA Supplies and quality have improved over the last week.

Markets have stabilized with improved quality.

Squash

Yellow/Zucchini

FL, MX Zucchini markets are off with supplies better from Mexico

and Florida. Yellow Squash markets are stable as supplies

increase.

Tomatoes FL, MX Round Tomato markets are steady as Florida may

experience a gap in growing regions in about two weeks.

Grape and Cherry markets are firm as weather slowed down

crops. Plum Tomatoes are steady.

FRUIT SOURCE

Apples WA, NY The Apple season continues with lower than average

supplies especially on smaller fruit.

Avocado, Hass MX, CA Markets and supplies are stable with demand higher. Quality

is good.

Bananas Guatemala, Costa

Rica

The supply has stabilized in the various growing regions.

Color is improving as the season progresses. Quality is good.

CA Florida has pretty much wrapped up harvesting. California

markets are steady with all areas producing and volumes

good. Quality is fair to good.

Citrus - Grapefruit FL, TX Quality is good. Supplies are better on larger sizes.

Citrus Lemons CA Markets are up on larger sizes with 165 count or smaller

sizes your better bet. Quality is excellent. Quality is good.

Citrus Limes MX Expect markets to be higher and supplies to be tight for the

next few weeks. The new crop has started with smaller sizes

trending. Larger sized markets remain strong.

Citrus Oranges CA , Fl. Good availability on all sizes and grades. The Navel market is

stable, but winding down over the next six weeks. Valencia

oranges are available with mostly small and choice sizes

predominate. Fancy fruit is higher.

Grapes Chile Red Grape markets are steady and supplies are good;

Crimsons are mostly shipping and there are plenty of Black

and Globe Grapes available. Green Grape markets arereflecting uneven quality. Thompsons quality is fair with

Sugar Ones a better choice.

Kiwifruit IT Quality and volume are fine.

HN Markets are steady with good internal quality and good

overall market outlook.

HD Supplies are improved as product arrives from Honduras and

Mexico. Quality has improved on seeded and seedless.

Pears WA Bosc, Anjou and Bartlett varieties are coming from

Washington. Markets are stable with quality fruit.Pineapple Costa Rica Supplies are consistent with good quality. Brix has been

averaging 12% with average internal gold color.
