PROCESS TANKS

Process Tanks

Process tanks are used as buffering, mixing or equalizing tanks in a production cycle. B&P Engineering

offers process tanks with conic bottoms, deep pressed bottoms, heating or cooling jacket and depectini-

sation tanks.

Depectinisation tanks are used in the process of depectinisation of pasteurised juice after the first section

of the evaporative section.

Process tanks with heating or cooling jacket are used for: maintaining the medium temperature, increasing

the medium temperature and decreasing the medium temperature.

They are perfect for food industry and can be used in for growing yeast, production of gelatine, mixing of

purifying agents, maintaining constant temperature of sugar and glucose solution or as loading tanks.

Storage Tanks

Storage tanks are used for storing products or semi-finished products. They can be used for the following

media: water, juice, concentrate, beverages, wine, milk and milk products and many more. B&P Engineer-

ing offers aseptic storage tanks, with flat bottom and with conic or spinned bottom.

ALCOHOL TANKS

Alcohol Tanks

Alcohol tanks are intended for storing semi-finished products in the process of production of rectified spirit

and for storing low wine and rectified spirit. Tanks type is approved by the Central Office of Measures and

meets the requirements included in the regulation of the Minister of Economy of 22 January 2008 on metro-

logical requirement to be met by measurement tanks.

Special Tanks

cosmetic industry. Implementation of the most recent tech-

nologies in manufacturing guarantees high quality of our prod-

ucts. Out tanks are manufactured in conformity with the follow-

ing standards and attestations: PED 97/23/WE, AD 2000, ATEX,

UDT, TÜV, GOST, GMP.

We manufacture vacuum autoclaves, pressureless reactors,

homogenising agitators, process agitators, fermenters, storage

tanks for pharmaceutical preparations and cosmetic products,

stationary and mobile CIP washing stations, controlled manu-

ally or automatically.
