PURPLAN stands for the design and implementation of complex plants for the storage and processing of liquid mate-rials in the polyurethane and resin industry. A mutual idea induced Andreas Sandmann und Oliver Schawe to establish their company in 2003: they wanted to combine innovative technology, elaborate handcraft and the greatest level of fl exibility in converting customers’ demands into a service for their customers. The vision has come true. PURPLAN is now working for customersworldwide. Every PURPLAN plant is unique: from the fi rst design on the PC via an intelligent fi nal solution up to the turnkey assembly of the plant at the place of delivery. ANA安全装置 ANA safety installation

Emptying devices with attention button and emergen-cy stop (ANA safety installation) are manually opera-ted, automatically shutting safety installations on tank trucks which are able to prevent the leakage of larger quantities of water-contaminating liquids during the container-fi lling process.In the case of fi lling containers without an ANA safety installation, the volume of the collecting tank has to be of appropriate size in order to fulfi ll the water legislation provisions. There is no need to heed this re-quirement if the fi lling operations are monitored by an ANA safety Installation (TRwS 785 – Determination of Retention). Via the ANA safety installation the leakage quantity is reliably reduced by a maximum drainage time of 40 seconds and the required retention volu-me is decreased considerably. Use of an ANA safety installation is a legally prescribed requirement when handling fl ammable liquids (Technical Regulations for Combustible Liquids (TRbF) 30 – Filling Locations). The ANA safety installation consists of a blocking device (valve) which shuts off automatically, a control device as well as an actuating device (attention and emergency stop button). According to VdTÜV-Code of Practice 953 the ANA safety installation is to have the effect of maintaining the constant attention of the operator (e.g. of the truck driver) during the decanting process. For this purpose the ANA safety installation must have the following safety functions or comply with the corresponding conditions: a) Attention button to be used at regular intervals. b) Either failure to use the attention button or

consistent use of it will cause an interruption in the emptying process.

c) Emergency button for immediate interruption of the emptying process.

d) Local restriction of the operator‘s scope for mo-vement to a maximum of 12 m from the tank truck.

在对存储罐进行填充的过程中，如果槽罐车配有需要手动操作的带确认按钮和紧急停止按钮（ANA安全装置）以及相应自关闭安全阀门的排放装置，则可以有效的防止易造成水污染的液体材料在填充的过程中大量泄漏。

在对存储罐进行填充的过程中，如果没有使用ANA安全装置，根据水资源法为防止液体溢出则储罐内需要留有相当大的余量。

而如果使用ANA安全装置来监控填充过程（易造成水污染原料技术规则第785条 - 余量的确定），则可避免。通过使用ANA安全装置可使溢出液体的时间缩短至最多40秒，这样可以显著减少储罐所需的余量体积。

当处理易燃液体材料时，则必须使用ANA-安全装置（易燃液体技术规则第30条 - 加油站）。

ANA安全装置由一个可自关闭的安全阀门和控制装置即执行装置（确认按钮和紧急停止按钮）组成。

根据VdTÜV第953条规定，ANA-安全装置在槽罐车液体卸载的过程中必须起到能够不断地提醒正在进行卸载任务的操作者（例如槽罐车司机）的作用。为此，ANA-安全装置必须包含以下功能或满足以下条件：a) 提醒按钮，需要周期性的被按下。b)无操作或者一段时间没有按确认按钮则整个卸载过程将被终止。c) 按下紧急停止按钮则整个卸载过程将被立即终止。 d) 操作者与槽罐车的空间距离不应超过12米。

TechnologyThe PUR components are conditioned in the container stati-on. After this, the day containers are fi lled automatically. De-pending on the requirements, the stations can be either very simple or highly complex systems such as mother-daughter systems with additional buffer containers, special stirrers, interval switching for circulating pumps and stirrer etc.

管道清洗系统 Pigging systems


Pigging involves emptying a pipe using a fitting for the purpose of virtually completely emptying the con-tent of the pipe. The pig completely fills the cross-section of the pipe and is squeezed through the pipe by a driving medium such as water or compressed air. The so-called pigging technique is applied in or-der to reduce product contamination to a minimum, for example in batch processing. A receiving station is located at the inlet of the pipe and a transmitting station at the outlet. Here the pig can be exchanged as required. In regular operation the pig is “parked” here so that, depending on the degree of automa-tion, no manual intervention is required in regular operation and between the pigging processes. Con-struction and operation of a pigging system may ini-tially appear to be more expensive than a “simple” pipeline. The pigging technique, however, can make it possible to use the same transfer pipeline for dif-ferentproducts or batches (e.g. different inks) with-out the risk of product contamination. Furthermore, flushing out costs can be reduced as a result and the product yield can be increased. In many cases the pigging system also makes pipeline heating un-necessary as no product residue remains caught in the pipeline. This means that ultimately investment as well as operating costs transpire to be lower than those required for the construction of one or several pipelines. The length of a pigging system is not sub-ject to specific limitations, however in industrial ap-plications the lengths normally range between 100 m and 1000 m.

和建造一条或者多条运输管道相比较，使用管道清洗系统，可以有效的降低投资和运行费用。清洗管道的长度几乎是没有限制，在工业应用当中，大多数管道的长度介于100到1000米之间。
