Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl. 3. Mix the fruit and sweet potato with the marinade. 4. Keep aside for 30 mins. 5. Skewer the fruits and sweet potatoes. 6. Roast them in an oven at 180 degrees C for 4 to 5 mins. 7. Remove and baste with oil. Roast again for 2 mins. 8. Remove from the skewers and arrange on a plate. 9. Garnish with chaat masala. 10. Serve hot. Ingredients: Guavas - 100 gms Apples - 100 gms Pineapple - 100 gms Sweet poato peeled - 100 gms Oil Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp For the marinade: Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp Cumin powder - 3/4 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp Black salt - 3/4 tsp Ajwain - 3/4 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Honey - 1 tsp Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
