CHEDRI CONSTRUCTION PLC In my work at Kingdom Linen Project (Turnkey) /Adama Industrial Park for about one and half years I was responsible for upgrading structural designs, supervision of site works and installation of factory shades, office and living buildings. These include: -

• supervision and monitoring of site works;

• setting out, levelling and surveying of site works;

• checking quality of work according to construction drawings and specification

• giving technical advice for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;

• overseeing health and safety matters on site;

• preparing site work reports;

• facilitate and coordinate mobilization of construction materials and equipment’s. In addition, modifying of structural designs for building elements according to site conditions and making construction drawing for building works.

MH ENGINEERING PLC. This role required that I assisted supervision of site works in integrated building project at National Palace and practiced the structural design of members of different buildings and highway design. For instance, I made the structural design of 24m span steel with aluminium glass holder skylight and design of 17km of asphalt concrete highway project.

FLINTSTONE ENGINEERING PLC In this varied role, I made quantity survey for varies building works and developed work methodology and phase plan for activities. I formed crew for earthwork, masonry, rebar and concrete and finishing works along with quality control, evaluation of productivity. In addition, I have investigated problems and provide solutions to site works.
