1. General Contracts :

It is practiced its business since 1983 as it is commenced its jobs in the field of irrigation and land reformation projects with international grand corporations such as Philip Holzman Germany Co. Ltd. To complete the general mount project for more than 600 km long renovating millions of acres of agricultural lands in the middle and south of Iraq and anticipation with Brazilian Companies such as Mends Junior International Co. to erect many bridges through that project . Also, of the activity of the company the service projects , erection dams, water giant projects such as its anticipation if performing Basrah Water project from Nasiriyah to Basrah by about 300 km approximately and also the project of Um-El-Ma'arik extended for about 250 km long as well as performing many sanitary projects , roads networks , rain water projects , reconstruction Iraq including reconstructing more than 200 schools in the south of Iraq an built more than 6 camps in favor of Iraqi Army by its full service and by individual efforts it is paved airport runways and air base for Iraqi air force within Basrah International Airport and a camp for Iraqi Army at Baghdad International Airport and anticipated in some works of reconstructing naval base at Um-Qasr as the performance with most grand US Corporations such as Weston solutions, ITSI, Flour Amec, ECCI, MCI, Sallyport and also in anticipation with KBR Co. and Al-Khurafi Kuwaiti Co. executing many projects and power stations for many oil fields as logistic services, Rig moves, heavy equipments for Schlumberger and construction camp for weatherford oil . Oil Fields & gas Service:

Since detection of the first oil wells in the south territory of Iraq, we have supported these in such areas as security, logistical support, Rig Moves, base camp construction, catering &life support, etc. for international oil companies working in these fields. We have provided support in the oil fields in Rumaila, Al Zubar, Luhais, Ertawiya, West Qurna Oil Fields, and Majnoon. We have the resources and the ability to provide comprehensive support to these and other areas of Iraq’s main oil producing areas. Our ability to provide these services ensures our clients Oil & Gas operations are supported fully with no delay in service. Our familiarity with all these fields from their inception assists us greatly in providing great service to our clients.

Security and Protection Service Ltd.

Started in 1961, we have provided the asset protection for many domestic entities including the Ministry of oil, Ministry of electricity, Ministry of housing and construction, and the Bridges and Roads Commission. We have also provided security and protection for many international corporations including Russian Companies working in the oil fields as well as water companies working in the field of irrigation damming; Brazilian , German Companies working in the field of bridges and roads; and US Companies in reconstructing Iraq. We have provided protection for oil refineries, gas, oil wells, pipelines, as well as communication towers. Demining and UXO-Clearance :

This department of our company is responsible for the demining and clearance of UXO material that is common in post war Iraq. Throughout the area of operation there have been large amounts of UXO safely removed from potential sites for construction. Our staff has provided this unique service to many outside organizations in post war Iraq. The clearing of sites prior to commencing the work and erecting its projects provides our clients with the reassurance that their equipment and personnel are safe.

Company’s Projects History: 1. Provided over 200 of heavy equipment for AL-Khurafi company at the south & north Rumaila oil fields,

Zuber oil field including bulldozers tippers, graders, excavators, flatbed & low bed trailers, cranes etc. (KBR)

Security and safety plan 1.1 Site security Any construction project, regardless of its size, poses inherent risks for all participants. These risks vary from insurance compliance and permitting risks in the early stages of the project to performance and user satisfaction risks in the later stages of the project. For each construction project, Tameer Aljanoob co. provides the following services:

1. Identifies all associated risks. 2. Investigates these risks for a complete understanding. 3. Establishes a course of action to avoid or minimize project risks. 4. Monitors the plan for performance against goals . 5. Adjusts the plan as necessary.

Tameer Aljanoob co. has a specialized security branch and has provided security to several projects and

individuals, including security for Talil Military Base in Nassiryah for the US Air Force/Weston as well as the Shaeba Al Basrah Academy for Weston and ITSI. Tameer Aljanoob co. being one of the main, well known tribes in Basrah has wide tribal, social and political connections. These connections will be very useful in securing the nearby camp areas especially roads and routes leading to the site, which will mostly be used by laborers, staff and transporting materials and equipment. This ensures that workers can safely get to and from their location without fear.

Our main security approach includes: 1. Detailed analysis and inspections of the site location and surrounding areas, including contacting tribes

and large families in the area, explaining the benefits of this project and how it being part of reconstructing a new democratic Iraq, which is mainly based on providing security.

2. Providing well trained, armed security personnel backed with all necessary equipment and vehicles. 3. All security personnel will be equipped with telecommunication radios. 4. Securing main site perimeter, entrances and exits, including security check points, guard towers. Including

providing temp fencing and security wire were required. 5. Issuing badges and ID’s for all staff and personnel, this will be used for tracking laborers and staff and

insuring no unauthorized personnel on site. 6. Providing security personnel for each bldg under construction 24 hours a day, 7 day a week. 7. All individuals and vehicles entering site will be searched, and escorted by security personnel. 8. Continuous inspections of any routes and roads leading to site for IED’s or any explosives. Then having s

special unit resolve and dismantle any if found.

Tameer Aljanoob co. goes to great lengths to impress upon every employee that safety always comes first.

Safety has been a core value and a part of our culture for decades. Tameer Aljanoob co. is committed to the highest standards of safety and security performance possible consistent with sound construction practices. An organized and effective safety program is developed for each location. We recognize the achievements of those who directly supervise projects with outstanding safety records. We also hold weekly meetings to discuss general safety issues, because safety is everyone's responsibility. Providing a safe work environment is a priority and adherence to safety policies is a condition of employment.

Safety equipment such as helmets, boots, harnesses, glasses, warning tape, ear plugs will be provided on site for the total duration of the project. This equipment will be kept on site in a special storage. Workers will receive the necessary safety equipment based on the work requirements at start of work, then return the equipment when they leave the site. A Clinic will be installed as part of Tameer temporary man camp and part of the main management office. The clinic will consist of specialized medical staff, with all necessary medical equipment. A vehicle will be on continuous stand by to transfer sever conditions to the nearest hospital. The clinics objective is providing first aid type medical services and taking care of minor emergencies and accidents that occur on the job site.

Below some guidelines all workers, engineers and staff will subjected to use: 1. All workers shall wear proper protective durable shoes, no sandals or sport shoes allowed. 2. Hard hats shall be worn by all workers, engineers and staff entering job site during the whole duration of

the project. 3. Proper protective suits and gloves will be worn by any workers exposed to toxic chemical vapors or gases. 4. Eye protection such glasses or visors shall be worn by any workers performing welding and cutting with

torches, concrete chipping, hammering, minning or any other work that could cause eye injuries. 5. Hearing protection and protective ear plugs shall be worn by any workers exposed to potential damaging

noises (exceeding 85DB in an 8 hour shift) including jack hammers, power saws, grinders, combustion engines without silencers.

6. Safety harnesses shall be worn by any laborers working on elevated scaffolds, ladders or any elevated areas exceeding 2 meters. All scaffolds, ladders will be inspected by Tameer QC and safety engineers or supervisors prior to beginning of work.

7. Weekly lectures will be held by site construction managers to explain the necessity and benefits of safety and the proper use of safety equipment.

8. Warning tape and warning signs shall be used around any excavated areas, high voltage power boards, chemical or toxic materials.

9. Heavy equipment such cranes, graders, front loaders, trucks will be equipped with backup alarms and proper spot lights. Periodical maintenance and inspection will be performed by qualified personnel to insure the durability and safety of any equipment used on the job site.

10. Stop work authority will be given to Tameer QC and safety personnel for any worker, foreman, heavy

equipment driver not complying with safety guidelines and rules.

2.Quality control and compliance plan. 2.1.Quality control manager Quality control manager (QC) shall be responsible for quality control. Quality control is responsible for quality verification during fabrication and construction. This includes physical inspection of field work performed. The quality control manger reports directly to the project manager. Quality control shall have the following responsibilities:

1. Perform construction site quality verification inspection. 2. Prepare construction site quality documentation and maintenance of QC records. 3. Perform inspections and fabricate quality programs. 4. Control of measuring and testing equipment program. 5. Technical direction of the work of testing laboratories and inspection and nondestructive examination

facilities. 6. Administer the nonconforming material control systems. 7. Initiate stop work orders when necessary. 8. Identify quality problems, initiate corrective actions, recommended solutions, coordinate and take lead

where appropriate.

2.2.Concrete works The quality control manager will verify that:

1. Sampling and testing of concrete materials before construction and at established intervals during construction.

2. Use of proven materials and material test reports. 3. Approval of concrete mixtures. 4. Inspection of batch plant storage, production facilities, and delivery trucks before construction. 5. Random inspection of batching operation during construction. 6. Inspection of concrete activities (including curing), special attention to mass concrete and at hot weather. 7. Sampling and testing of concrete in the field at established intervals by qualified test laboratory. 8. Performing concrete tests such as cub tests and cylinder tests for each concrete pour on site.

2.3.Quality assurance Quality Assurance manager (QA) is responsible for assuring that the specified quality has been achieved. Construction installation (including field fabrication and repair) and testing activities will be inspected to assure conformance with the standards mentioned in SOW. The QA will review the work schedule for those activities requiring inspection and tests, and then identifies the inspection and test criteria, including the applicable codes and standards. Below some of the items usually considered for preplanning:

1. Approved procedures, drawings and instructions are available for inspections and tests as work is being performed.

2. Qualified personnel are available as required. 3. Equipment and tools are properly calibrated and correctly employed. 4. Inspections and test are performed in the proper sequence. 5. Proper approvals for repairs and rework activities are obtained.

Inspections and tests are implemented by qualified personnel independent of construction. Daily inspections will be performed using the established inspection criteria, approved documents, drawings, specifications, codes and standards. QA personnel will document the inspection activities on a daily inspection report, including non-confirming items. The QA works independent of the Project Management team so as to ensure best work practices

2.4.Non conforming items When work is found not meeting SOW requirements, QC will provide the means to document and provide resolution. Immediate correction Items that are deficient and can be immediately reworked and corrected will be documented. Quality control manager will re-inspect for conformance with SOW requirements and document inspection results. The corrective action taken and the results of the re-inspection will be documented on the daily QC report. Not immediately corrected Items that are deficient to the SOW requirements, which are not immediately corrected will be brought to the attention of quality control manager, documented, and passed through to the appropriate client authority.

When a deficiency has been identified, the QC will provide an appropriate means of resolution, which may include rework, repair, use as is, or scrap. The client will be notified on the means of resolution, once approved, corrective action will be implemented. Upon completion of corrective measures, the QA and quality control manager will inspect and document the action implemented and verify that the work has been satisfactorily performed. Every effort will be made to ensure that quality measures are met to the client’s satisfaction. QC/QA will ensure that all work being performed meets this high standard.

2.5. Material suppliers with letter of Commitment. Before using any materials or fixtures, submittals & samples will be submitted to client for approval. No materials will be used on the job site that has net been approved by the client. QA/QC will monitor the submitted material log to ensure that the client’s designated representative has approved the submitted sample for construction.

Organization chart With a core staff, and more than 10,000 craft workers, Tameer has experienced personnel available to handle any size job. Our organization has one of the highest percentages of graduate and registered engineers in the construction industry in Iraqi business. Most of our top managers are graduate engineers who have been with us an average of 11 years.

Our main approach is dividing this project in several sectors. Construction will start simultaneously on all sectors. All sectors will be under direct supervision of the main management office lead by the project manager, the main management office will consist of the following:

The activities of the company commercially is in exchanged and trading with foodstuffs, domestic, electrical, electronic, construction , sanitary , fashions , furniture, curtains, odors, beautification, fishing and hunting requirements, materials and tools , transacting engines' oils and petroleum derivatives and has an office in Dubai.

3.Trading Automobiles and Machineries:

It is practiced its business in trading new and used automobiles , spare parts, tires, engines, oils, machineries and also trading boats, marine engines , heavy construction equipments , spare parts of all origins [Korean, US, Japanese, Swedish and Germany, …etc.]

4. Real Estates:

It is practices its business since 1993 in the field of sale, possession and procurement residential and commercial real estates , agricultural lands, hotels, owns many real estates renovating many land were neglected
