To sustain economic growth, by 2030 the U.S. will need to add more
than 25 million workers. – World Economic Forum
In India, three-quarters of technical graduates are considered
unemployable by high-growth sectors. – Wall Street Journal
In Canada’s oil and gas industry sector alone it is projected that
105,000 workers will be required between now and 2020 to support
new opportunities and replace retiring workers. – Petroleum HR

Research estimates that by 2020 there will be 123 million high-skill,
high-pay jobs available in the United States, but only 50 million
