For Senior Level Positions (CTC in of Rs 10 lacs per annum and above A one-time fee equivalent to 12.5 % of CTC, payable for each placement.

For Middle Level Positions (Drawing a CTC in excess from Rs 5 lacs to 10 Lacs per annum) a one-time fee equivalent to 10% of CTC, payable for each placement.

For Junior Level Positions (Drawing CTC up to Rs 1 to 5 lacs per annum) a onetime fee equivalent to 8.33% of CTC, payable for each placement.

Charges Details

You will receive a life time 10% referral amount for every recruitment in your referred organization.

You will receive 10 % of all commissions till the we are receiving business with your referred organization.

You can refer any number of organization and can be received referral amount from all business until rest of your life without doing any extra struggle, efforts and investment.
