ABOUT THE ARTIST PERSONAL MANAGER Executive Producer, GB.DeClerck My name is Gwyndell B. DeClerck (CEO/Owner), of GBD Management Group an affiliate of Stale Dale Enterprises. I am the concept creator of Def Jam Central which is a test-brand under construction pending further considerations. Currently, I represent industry entertainers (both individual and group), within the United State. These talented Performers consist of artists, actors, athletes, and other from diverse cultures. Subsequently, I bring over 25 years of entertainment experience, knowledge, problem solving skills, and music business capabilities. My industry techniques minimize negative causes and effects and obtain positive results. I have an interest in saving at risk youth, teens, and young adults. I am a quality advocate in the performing arts and develop raw talent that polished. My entertainment circle does consist of licensed agents, producers, promoters, merchandisers, distributors, sponsors, and public broadcasters. I prepare my Clients for public careers, performances, press reviewers, and more.
In addition, I guide, consult, and assist entertainers with creating unique products for radio, television, internet, and satellite. I acquire qualified staff that me and my Clients with preparing business proposals, submission letters, album cover artwork, logo designs, customs, performance make-up, stage choreography, copyright papers, trade society enrollment forms,

union applicaitons, building dital music profiles, and understanding the royalty payment process.
