extremely quick following up on complaints, and they have Twitter-only promos often. @Airbnb also does this well.
Examples & Applications Getting influencers to care about your business is a big deal, and one way to do that is to
partner with them. No pay for tweets or mentions, but a more nuanced approach. Recently HomeAway had a partnership with a well-known travel couple (a writer & a
photographer) so they would stay in their properties for a whole year, and they blogged about it along the way.
