Potters offers the perfect location for your garden ceremony with a relaxed atmosphere and elegant reception, catering for up to 100 guests for a formal event or up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception. Located at the gateway to the beautiful Hunter Valley Wine Country, Potters Hotel Brewery Resort offers your guests style and comfort in a convenient location. Our aim is to make your special day as memorable as possible by working closely together to create a unique experience for you and your guests. Garden ceremonies are a popular option for people who want to share their special moment in a tranquil setting with family and friends. Ceremony times are available at 11.00am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm. 3.00pm is reserved for onsite ceremony and evening receptions

For a magical and intimate celebration , Potters Hotel Brewery Resort offers the ultimate Elopement Package From $585 2 Night Stay in a Spa Suite. Full Breakfast for two each morning. 3 course meal for two on the night (beverages excluded). Wedding Coordinator present at ceremony as witness if required. Access to entire resort for photographs after ceremony for a 2 hour period.

While our function centre comfortably hosts up to 100 guests for a sit down function and up to 150 guests for a cocktail

function, we are able to cater for larger groups with our Marquee weddings.

ADDITIONAL MEAL OPTIONS Bridal Pre-Wedding Platters - Getting ready at Potters Hotel Brewery Resort for your big day? We can do platters for $15 per person (minimum 5) 1/2 hour canapés from $50 per person during bridal party photo shoot. Discounted Meals Your celebrant, band, photographer etc can be easily catered for with a main meal and soft drink from $25 per person. Children Meals - Potters Hotel Brewery Resort welcomes and caters for children offering - • Two course kids meal with soft drink $28.00 per child (4—12 years) • Two course reception meal with soft drink (13—17 years) *price dependant on package

With 68 well appointed rooms and suites situated on eleven acres of landscaped gardens, Potters pro-vides the perfect setting for your complete wedding day. Relax and unwind around the pools or in the heated spa, play a game of tennis or boules, or simply take it easy with a stroll around the grounds. Your wedding does not have to be onsite to obtain our group booking discounts for weddings.

PRE WEDDING GATHERING Whether you are getting married at Potters or somewhere else in the beautiful vineyards of the Hunter Valley, Potters Brewery Room is the perfect location for family gatherings prior to the wedding day. Advise our wedding coordinator if you wish to obtain some further information.

MENS WEDDING DAY DRINKS IN BREWERY Get rid of those last minute nerves by grabbing your mates and heading to the Brewery area and enjoy the flavors of beer from our own Micro Brewery Hunter Beer Co. Special arrangements can be made for photos after ceremony.

HENS PACKAGES We have all inclusive Hens deals starting from *$115 per person per night (minimum 4 people). Stay for one night, enjoy a meal in our brasserie, a free drink. Dance the night away to DJ & Karaoke. Get up in the morning and enjoy a plated hot breakfast and a fabulous late check out. Wine Tours can be ar-ranged at an additional charge. *Prices vary depending on dates

MENS DAY GETAWAYS Although Potters Hotel Brewery Resort do not have Bucks Shows at our resort we can provide dis-counted prices for golf tickets etc in the area as well as providing a first stop to your vineyard tour. Being the Hunters only Micro Brewery we are a must see . *Bookings must be made and we only accept bucks as a first stop type visit
