    IFUNCTIONAL TEST

    The APT-941 1 ser ies can be expanded to provide functronat- testcapabi l i t ies. With i ts Programmable DC power Supply, the tester iscapable of test ing swi tching devices that require a re lat ively largecurrent-voltage to turn on and activating a part of the circuit to measurethe current f low. In addi t ion, GPIB-contro l led programmaore powersupplies and Power Reiay Board allow power-on test, muitiple supply ofdifferent power sources, etc...

    IPOWERFUL OPTION

    The APT-9411 series is provided with high performance coaxial cablescontaining a buffer circuit that connects the flying probes directly to theexternal instrumentation and facilitates the measurement of high{requencysignals. With Extension Scanner and Coaxial Scanner. the testcapabi l i t ies of the APT-9411 ser ies can be expanded to meet themost-demanding test requirements.
