• Taiwanese people value eating very much. That’s why there are night markets, which allows people to eat anytime!
• There are many ways to cook dishes, and the use of seasoning is quite important.
• Now, there’s not only traditional Taiwanese food, but many cooking methods and ingredients used are affected by foreign dishes.
