2017 Asian Exercises & Qigong Meditation Discover your true nature with a few simple techniques that reveals a spontaneous healing practice. Let it be and so be it. Asian exercise has been around since the 6th century when Bodhidarma travelled from India to China consummating Tibetan rituals on how to be a true human. Through yoga, focused attention, and proper breathing the human body will ultimately sustain good health. Meditation is a mindfulness practice for expanding consciousness through relaxed state of enchanted bliss that helps you along with your day melting away tension, and anxiety. Qigong is an energy practice using specific hand and body movements and postures with breath control to enhance the sensitivity of Qi (energy) cultivation. It is highly beneficial for building endurance and for regulating the immune system. Be one of the billons of people who are benefiting from these ancient practices.
