is pleased to submit our best quotation for the above subject-project detailed as follows.

SCOPE OF WORK

Contractor shall do painting works for the 3 -BEDROOM BUNGALOW

in accordance with the Specifications and shall furnish all materials, supply tools,

equipments, supply labor, and perform all the requirements to finish the said project.

PROJECT DURATION

The project shall be completed with 30 working days (regular working hours), from the

time/date of "Order to Proceed" following the signing of contract and receipt of Down Payment, and

under normal conditions except otherwise delayed due to causes beyond our control. We shall be

allowed Overtime Works, whenever deemed necessary.

MODE OF PAYMENT

75% down payment upon signing of contract.

20% after 75% accomplishment supported by accomplishment report.

5% after the project is 100% complete.

WORK AND MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

PAINTING WORKS

a. All materials shall be BOYSEN Paints or DAVIES Paints.

b. All applications and methods used shall be strictly follow the

Manufacturer's Instructions and Specifications.

c. All surfaces including masonry walls shall be thoroughly cleaned, puttied,

sanded, rubbed and polished. Masonry walls shall be treated with

Neutralizer.

d. All exposed finish hardware, lighting fixtures and accessories, glass and the

like shall be adequately protected that these are not stained with

paint and other painting materials prior to painting works. Allother surfaces endangered by stains and paint marks should

be taped and covered with craft paper or equal.

e. Schedule of Painitng and Varnishing Finishes

finished.

SCOPE OF WORK

Contractor shall do painting works for the 3 -BEDROOM BUNGALOW

in accordance with the Specifications and shall furnish all materials, supply tools,

equipments, supply labor, and perform all the requirements to finish the said project.

PROJECT DURATION

The project shall be completed with 30 working days (regular working hours), from the

time/date of "Order to Proceed" following the signing of contract and receipt of Down Payment, and

under normal conditions except otherwise delayed due to causes beyond our control. We shall be

allowed Overtime Works, whenever deemed necessary.

MODE OF PAYMENT

75% down payment upon signing of contract.

20% after 75% accomplishment supported by accomplishment report.

PAINTING WORKS

d. All exposed finish hardware, lighting fixtures and accessories, glass and the

like shall be adequately protected that these are not stained with

paint and other painting materials prior to painting works. Allother surfaces endangered by stains and paint marks should

be taped and covered with craft paper or equal.

e. Schedule of Painitng and Varnishing Finishes

e.2 Wood panel doors and door jambs shall be DUCO-VARNISH

finished.

e.3 Cabinets and Closets shall be puttied and seal with

liquid tile surfacer.
