15 Minutes Reading Time

You have FIVE minutes for each passage

Number your passagesAnnotate: circle, underline,

highlight any key words that will help you to remember what you have read.

20 minutes to answer Give yourself 10 minutes for the shorter

questions and 10 minutes for the longer one which is usually worth 5 marks.

When 20 minutes is up, finish the sentence that you are writing and then MOVE ON!

If you are not sure of the answer, move on and come back to that question later.

Attempt EVERY question: you won’t lose marks for incorrect answers and your guess just may be right.
