TermoAreoBlindoxScocca®

TABS® is a revolutionary type of ventilated insulation abatement profile made entirely in 2 mm thick stainless sheet steel, without any other plastic material inserted. The excellent performance is given by the convective air flow. It circulates inside the profile through a double set of rectangular slots offset lengthways, reduces heat dispersion and maintains very high mechanical strength. The “closed joint” construction system forms an excellent water and air barrier. This means that it can also be used in the anti-flood models. The frame section is studied to hold multi-chambered and armoured glass, guaranteeing the required high levels of heat and sound insulation and safety. By applying the “thermal shield” the frame can be customized with all the available finishes. It also provides exceptional advantages and economy in both finishing and installation phases. The use of a single material and perfectly removable seals make the system totally ecofriendly and recyclable. TABS® is available on the entire Palladio 20/10® range in galvanized steel and stainless steel PT® AISI 304 and AISI 316L. TermoAreoBlindoxScocca® can now also be fitted with forced ventilation. The frame made with the new Palladio insulation abatement profiles is ventilated.

TABS® è una rivoluzionaria tipologia di profili ad abbattimento termico areato realizzati completamente in lamiera di acciaio da 2 mm, senza materiali plastici di interposizione. Le ottime prestazioni sono determinate dall’azione dei moti convettivi dell’aria che, circolando all’interno dei profili attraverso una doppia serie di asole rettangolari sfalsate longitudinali, riducono le dispersioni termiche mantenendo la elevata resistenza meccanica. Il sistema costruttivo a “giunto chiuso” costituisce un’ottima barriera contro l’aria e l’acqua, permettendone anche l’impiego nella versione anti allagamento. La sezione dell’infisso è studiata per accogliere vetri multicamera e blindati, garantendo i livelli di isolamento termo-acustico e di sicurezza desiderati. L’applicazione dello “scudo termico”, infine, permette di personalizzare l’infisso con tutte le finiture a catalogo e di ottenere notevoli vantaggi ed economie in fase di lavorazione di finitura e posa in opera. L’impiego di un mono materiale e di guarnizioni perfettamente rimovibili rendono il sistema perfettamente eco compatibile e riciclabile. TABS® è disponibile su tutta la gamma Palladio 20/10® in acciaio zincato e Inox PT® AISI 304 e AISI 316L.TermoAreoBlindoxScocca® oggi può essere dotato anche di ventilazione forzata.

Palladio® impiega soprattutto profilati decapati, saldati in continuo e da verniciare. I profili sono forniti grezzi con olio di protezione temporaneo esterno. La verniciatura è garantita da un accurato decapaggio e un’adeguata asciugatura. È possibile utilizzare vernici sintetiche, a polveri o termolaccate. Per cottura a forno superiore ai 100° C, è necessario un degassaggio per profili galvanizzati, elettrozincati o zincati a caldo.

Palladio® mainly uses seam welded, pickled and ready for painting sections. The profiles are suppled unfinished and just covered with an external temporary layer of protective oil.Painting is then guaranteed by a careful pickling and drying.Synthetic, powder or heat-lacquered paints can be used. For cooking in the oven at about 100°C, the galvanized,electroplated and hot galvanized profiles have to be degassed.

L’acciaio Corten Palladio® garantisce matericità, cromatismo variabile nel tempo ed elevate prestazioni meccaniche. Il nome ne esprime le caratteristiche: “CORrosion resistance” e “TENsile strength”. Si contraddistingue infatti per una maggiore resistenza allo snervamento, riduzione di spessore e peso in fase d’impiego ed inoltre la patina passivante caratteristica della superficie, ne impedisce la corrosione e di conseguenza il deperimento.

Palladio Corten Steel® guarantees consistency, variable colourover time and high-level mechanical performance.The name expresses its nature: “CORrosion resistance” and “TENsile strength”. It stands out for its higher resistance to yield stress, its reduced thickness and weight in use, and thepassivating patina that distinguishes the surface, preventingcorrosion and the resulting decline.

I profili Palladio® vengono zincati con metodo “Sendzimir”, che rispetto alla zincatura a caldo o elettrozincatura avviene a nastro continuo per immersione in zinco fuso.Il processo garantisce una protezione esterna, ma soprattutto interna dei tubolari, uno spessore di zinco tale da migliorare la saldatura evitando fumi tossici e fessurazioni ed una migliore protezione grazie alla cromatazione incolore che evita fenomeni di solfatazione.

Palladio® profiles undergo “Sendzimir” galvanising which,with respect to hot galvanising and electroplating, is done on a continuous belt by immersion in the molten zinc. This processguarantees external protection and, above all, internalprotection for the tubular sections, with a zinc thickness thatimproves the welding process avoiding toxic fumes andcracking, and gives greater protection thanks to the colourlesschromation that prevents sulphation phenomena occurring.

Palladio® produce i propri profili anche in Acciaio Inox AISI 304 ed Inox PT® 316L. L’AISI 304 ha un contenuto di cromo del 18%, che ne aumenta della resistenza alla corrosione. L’Inox PT® 316L ha invece una quantità inferiore di carbonio,ma maggiore di nichel e molibdeno, caratteristiche che ne aumentano la resistenza alla corrosione, garantendo una difesa totale alla ruggine, ma anche inalterabilità nel tempo e migliore saldabilità.

Palladio® also produces its profiles in Inox AISI 304 and InoxPT® 316L steel. AISI 304 has an 18% chrome content whichincreases its corrosion resistance.Inox PT® 316L has a lower carbon content, but higher nickeland molybdenum content, to guarantee total rust protection,enduring inalterability and easier welding.
