Tableaux du Panathlon International

Modalités d’adhésion au Projet :

1) Les tableaux seront TOUS graphiquement égaux, avec un format unique qui valorise leur

importance, non modifiables, et envoyés par le Panathlon International aux clubs ;

2) Ils pourront être personnalisés avec seulement le nom du Panathlon Club et de l’Organisme qui

s’occupe de l’affichage (lequel montre ainsi qu’il partage les idéaux qui y sont affichés) sur une

étiquette adhésive à appliquer sur le tableau et réalisée par l’organisme concerné ;

3) Chaque Panathlon Club, par l’entremise d’un membre ou autre représentant, devra repérer des

écoles, des gymnases, sociétés sportives, associations, organismes publics etc. susceptibles de

soutenir les principes éthiques et les valeurs du Panathlon International ;

4) Le Club organisera un événement/une manifestation officielle pour l’affichage du tableau afin

de souligner cette initiative. On attend ensuite du Club qu’il documente l’événement en

envoyant des textes et des photos au Président du District, au Gouverneur de Zone et au

Secrétariat du Panathlon International. Ce dernier se chargera du monitoring de l’opération et

assurera sa diffusion sur le site web du PI et les réseaux sociaux.

5) Les tableaux seront imprimés sur des matériaux aptes à être apposés soit à l’intérieur soit à

l’extérieur (aluminium) avec un format A3 pour permettre une bonne visibilité dans un espace

réduit. Ils devront être surveillés périodiquement afin que la visibilité et la dignité du message

soient sauvegardées

6) On souligne aussi que cette démarche ne se réduit pas au simple affichage ; outre leur valeur

intrinsèque, les tableaux exposent les principes sportifs universels de loyauté et d’honnêteté

dans la compétition, d’intégration sociale, de recherche d’une viabilité équilibrée de la pratique

sportive et de la performance, de lutte contre le dopage, de promotion du Fair-Play et de rejet

de la violence.

7) Coûts : les clubs qui en feront la demande (accompagnée d’un projet défini) pourront recevoir

gratuitement jusqu’à 10 tableaux de la part du Panathlon International. Des tableaux

supplémentaires peuvent être achetées au prix de € 8,00.

8) Le Club devra fournir une estimation de sa commande au Secrétariat Général (à l’adresse e-

mail : emanuela@panathlon.net) du Panathlon International d’ici au 28 février 2018 pour

permettre l’achat du matériel. Les plaques feront l’objet d’un seul envoi à l’adresse indiquée.

Le Secrétariat Général demeure votre disposition pour tout éclaircissement supplémentaire.

Targhe Panathlon International

Modalità di adesione al Progetto:

9) Le targhe saranno TUTTE uguali nella grafica, con un unico format che ne valorizzi l’importanza,

immodificabili, ed inviate dal Panathlon International ai club;

10) Potranno essere personalizzate con il solo nome del Panathlon Club e dell’Ente che ne cura

l’affissione (anche per condivisione responsabile dei valori in essa contenuti) su una targhetta

adesiva da applicare sull’insegna, realizzata dagli stessi;

11) Ogni Panathlon Club dovrà individuare tramite un socio proponente/tutor, scuole, palestre,

società sportive, associazioni, enti pubblici etc. meritevoli e sostenitrici dei principi etici e dei

valori del Panathlon International;

12) Sarà cura del Club realizzare un evento/manifestazione ufficiale per l’affissione della stessa in

modo da dare risalto all’iniziativa, con unico obbligo quello di documentare l’evento inviando

testi e fotografie sia al Presidente di Distretto e Governatore d’area che alla Segreteria del

Panathlon International per monitorare la distribuzione e pubblicizzarla attraverso la

pubblicazione su sito PI e social.

13) Le targhe verranno stampate su materiale adatto ad essere affisso sia internamente che

esternamente (alluminio) con un formato A3 per permettere una buona visibilità e al tempo

stesso non occupare grandi spazi. Dovranno essere monitorate periodicamente affinché siano

sempre in buono stato e mantengano la loro condizione di visibilità e dignità.

14) Si sottolinea che questa opportunità non rappresenta una semplice affissione, le targhe oltre ad

avere un certo valore intrinseco, saranno un riconoscimento universale dei principi sportivi di

lealtà e onestà nella competizione, di integrazione sociale, di ricerca di una sostenibilità

equilibrata della pratica sportiva e della prestazione, di lotta al doping, di promozione del fair

play e di rifiuto della violenza.

15) Costi: ogni club che ne farà richiesta (con un progetto definito) potrà ricevere dal Panathlon

International fino a n. 10 targhe gratuitamente. Ulteriori targhe potranno essere acquistate al

prezzo di € 8,00.

16) Sarà compito del Club fornire una stima di invii alla Segreteria Generale (all’indirizzo mail di

emanuela@panathlon.net) del Panathlon International entro il 28 febbraio 2018 al fine di

permettere l’acquisto del materiale. Le targhe verranno inviate in un’unica soluzione all’indirizzo

che verrà indicato.

La Segreteria Generale rimane a disposizione per ulteriori necessità.

PANATHLON INTERNATIONAL PLAQUES

Terms and Conditions to join the Project:

1. The plaques will be all alike in graphic, with a single format which values its significance, it cannot

be altered and will be sent by Panathlon International to Clubs;

2. They can only be personalized with the sole name of Panathlon International and the Entity that

will take care of its affixing ( also for a shared responsibility contained within its value) on a sticker

to be applied on the sign, that they themselves have developed.

3. Each Panathlon Club should identify through a proposing member/tutor, schools, gyms, sports

clubs, associations, public entities, etc. deserving and supporters of ethical principles and Panathlon

International’s values.

4. It is the responsibility of the Club to ensure an official affixing ceremony of the plaque so as to give

emphasis to this initiative, it is only obliged in documenting the event by sending literature and

photographs both to the District President and Area Governor as well as to the General Secretariat

of Panathlon International in order to monitor distribution through Panathlon Intenational’s

website and social networks.

5. The plaques will be printed on suitable material to be affixed both internally or externally

(aluminum) with an A3 format to allow good visibility and at the same time will not occupy wide

open spaces. They shall be regularly monitored to make sure that they are in good condition,

maintaining their status of visibility and dignity.

6. We wish to emphasize that this opportunity is not just a simple posting, plaques as well as having a

certain intrinsic value, will be a universal recognition of sporting principles of loyalty and honesty in

competition, social inclusion, a search for a well-balanced sustainability in sport practice and

performance, fight against doping, the promotion of fair play and rejection of violence.

7. Costs: Any club that will make a request (submitting a defined project) may receive from Panathlon

International up to 10 plaques free of charge. Additional plaques can be purchased at the price of

Euro 8,00.

8. It will be the Club’s task to provide an estimate of submissions to the General Secretariat of

Panathlon International no later than February 28, 2018 so as to allow the purchase of the

material. The plaques will dispatched in a single solution to the address that will be indicated.

The General Secretariat remains at your disposal for any further need or queries you may have.

Panathlon Internationals Ethikschilder

Bedingungen für den Beitritt zum Projekt:

1) ALLE Ethikschilder weisen die gleiche Grafik und ein einziges Format auf, das ihre Bedeutung

unterstreicht. Sie sind unveränderbar und werden den Clubs von Panathlon International

zugestellt.

2) Sie dürfen nur mit dem Namen des Panathlon Clubs und der Behörde versehen werden, bei der

die Anbringung auf einer Hafttafel (auch wegen der verantwortlichen Teilung der in ihnen

enthaltenen Werte) erfolgt, die auf das Namensschild der Behörde aufgetragen wird.

3) Jeder Panathlon Club soll durch ein vorschlagendes Mitglied/Tutor Schulen, Turnhallen,

Sportvereine, Verbände, öffentliche Behörden usw. finden, die sich als verdienstvoll ergeben und

die ethischen Prinzipien und Werte von Panathlon International gefördert haben.

4) Der Club sorgt dafür, dass eine offizielle Veranstaltung für die Anbringung der Schilder

stattfindet, um diese Initiative hervorzuheben. Als einzige Pflicht soll er zum Nachweis des

Events dem Distriktpräsidenten, dem Zonengouverneur und dem Sekretariat von Panathlon

International Texte und Fotografien zur Kontrolle der Verbreitung und der Werbung durch die

Veröffentlichung in PIs Website und den social networks zustellen.

5) Die Ethikschilder werden auf ein Material gedruckt, das für innen und aussen geeignet ist

(Aluminium) und das Format A3 aufweist, damit sie gut sichtbar sind und zugleich nicht viel

Platz einnehmen. Sie müssen regelmässig auf ihren guten Zustand sowie ihre Sichtbarkeit und

Würde kontrolliert werden.

6) Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass diese Gelegenheit keine einfache Anbringung darstellt, da die

Schilder nicht nur einen gewissen wirklichen Wert besitzen, sondern eine universale

Anerkennung der Sportprinzipien wie Fairness und Ehrlichkeit im Wettkampf, soziale Integration,

den Wunsch nach einer ausgewogenen Nachhaltigkeit der Sportausübung und der Leistung,

Dopingbekämpfung, Förderung der Fairness und Ablehnung von Gewaltakten darstellen.

7) Kosten: Jeder Club erhält auf eigenen Antrag (mit einem bestimmten Projekt) von Panathlon

International bis zu 10 Ethikschilder kostenlos. Weitere Schilder können zum Preis von € 8,00

erworben werden.

8) Es ist Aufgabe des Clubs, dem Generalsekretariat von Panathlon International (unter der Adresse

emanuela@panathlon.net) eine Schätzung der Sendungen bis spätestens zum 28. Februar

2018 zuzustellen, um den Erwerb des Materials zu ermöglichen. Die Schilder werden der

angegebenen Adresse als Einzelpaket geschickt.

Das Generalsekretariat steht Ihnen gern für jede weitere Auskunft zur Verfügung.

Placas Panathlon International

Como inscribirse en el proyecto:

1) Las placas serán graficamente TODAS iguales, con un solo formato que valorice su importancia,

inmodificables, y enviadas por el Panathlon International a los clubes;

2) Pueden ser personalisadas sólo con el nombre del Panathlon Club y del Organismo que se

ocupará de la colocación (para compartir también los valores contenidos en la misma) sobre

una etiqueta adhesiva que se aplicará sobre la placa, realizada por el organismo en cuestión;

3) Cada Panathlon Club debe a través de un socio proponente/tutor deberá identificar escuelas,

gimnasios, clubes deportivos, asociaciones, organismos públicos etc. Que peuden apoyar los

principios éticos y valores del Panathlon International;

4) El Club organizará un evento/acontecimiento oficial para la colocación de la placa con el fin de

enfatizar esta iniciativa. El Club deberá documentar el evento enviando textos y fotografías

tanto al Presidente de Distrito y Gobernador de Zona como a la Secretaría del Panathlon

International. Este último se encargará de monitorear la distribución y asegurerá sa difusión a

través el sitio web del PI y las redes sociales.

5) Las placas serán impresas sobre materiales aptos para ser colgadas tanto internamente como

externamente (aluminio) con un formato A3 para permitir una buena visibilidad en un espacio

reducido y tendrán que ser controladas periódicamente para que la visibilidad y la dignidad del

mensaje siempre sean preservadas.

6) Queremos subrayar que este proceso no representa una simple colocación; además de su valor

intrínseco, las placas exponen los principios deportivos universales de lealtad y honestidad en la

competición, de integración social, de investigación en términos de sostenibilidad equilibrada

de la práctica deportiva y del rendimiento, de lucha al dopaje, de promoción del juego limpio y

rechazo de la violencia.

7) Costos: los clubes que lo soliciten (con un proyecto definido) podrán recibir gratuitamente por

parte del Panathlon International hasta n. 10 placas de forma gratuita. Otras placas

adicionales pueden ser compradas al precio de € 8,00.

8) El Club proporcionará una previsión de sus ordenes a la Secretaría General (a la dirección de

correo electrónico de: emanuela@panathlon.net) del Panathlon International antes del 28 de

febrero de 2018 para permitir la compra del material. Las placas serán objeto de un solo envio

a la dirección indicada.

La Secretaría General queda a disposición para toda solicitud de información y necesidad.
