How to Access Your WILD Account

Welcome to the Washington Interactive Licensing Database (WILD) System! You will need to access your account in order to purchase a license, view your license purchase history, submit harvest reports for big game, migratory waterfowl and crab, submit your special hunt permit applications and more! Everything is accessible from your WILD account.

Please follow the instructions below:

Click on “Look Up Your Account”

Select the “ID Type” you want to use. WILD ID SSN Driver’s License

Enter the associated number of the “ID type” that you selected in the “Identification” section.

Enter your “Last Name.”

Enter “Date of Birth.” Please use a 2 digit month, 2 digit day and 4 digit year. 00/00/0000 format.

For added security, you may need to provide an old DOC#. This can be found on any previous document you received from WDFW.

Provide an e-mail address and phone number where you can be contacted.

Create a username. This can be anything with letters and number (unless it has been taken). No spaces can be used and be sure to make it memorable.

Create and verify a password. Passwords must be at least 10 characters and contain at least three of the following: upper case, lower case, a number, or special character. It must contain a special character (i.e. !@#$), a number and an upper or lower case letters. NOTE: Please remember your username and password for future use.

Click “Save” This will take you to an account overview page to give you a chance to correct anything if necessary.

Now when you click “Log In” you’ll be back to where you started and you can enter your new username and password.

How to Submit YourHunter Report

To Submit your Hunter Reports:

Follow the prompts to complete the report until you receive a confirmation number, which validates that you have successfully submitted your report.

Log into your account using your username and password.

Select “Hunter Reports” from the menu on the left side of the page. Select

the report your with to submit for by selecting the “Submit” button.

Log into the WDFW Licensing System. If assistance is needed please go to

the WILD Customer Quick Help Guide

On the left hand side, select the Hunter Reporting link

All available Report Types will display

Select the Actions button on the right hand side of the report type

Once the Action button is selected, a new menu will open

Select the Submit option from the menu

The harvest report questionnaire will open

Answer each question for each harvest report type

Continue to page 8 for next steps

Continue to scroll to the end of the questionnaire and once completed, select the submit button

10 Once submit is completed, the webpage will return to the Hunter Reports

The Report Type that was reported on will now have a submission date and a confirmation number

If the confirmation number and submission do not display, complete the harvest report again

Steps to Complete Harvest Reports:

Select the View Customer Menu (below the purchase options)

View after logged in...keep scrolling down

View after scrolling through purchasing options

When Customer Menu is selected, select the Hunter Reporting link

All available Report Types will display.

Select the appropriate report type and select the Actions button

From the action drop down menu, select the Actions option.

The harvest report questionnaire will open

Answer each question for each harvest report type

Continue to scroll to the end of the questionnaire and once completed, select the Submit button

To Submit your Puget Sound Crab Report:

Log into your account using your username and password.

Select “Puget Sound Crab Reporting” from the menu on the left side of the page.

Follow the prompts to complete the report until you receive a confirmation number, which validates that you have successfully submitted your report.

How to Submit Your Special Hunt Permit Application

To purchase and submit your Special Hunt Permit Application:

Log into your account using your username and password.

Purchase your Special Hunt Permit Application by selecting the “Purchase Big Game” tile, or the “Purchase Small Game” tile if purchasing Turkey Special Hunt Permit.

To submit your Special Hunt Permit Application, select “Special Hunts” from the menu on the left side of the page.

Select the Special Hunt Application you would like to submit by selecting “Submit.”

Select the appropriate radial button for either “Individual” or “Group Leader.”

Please Note: The “Group Leader” will add the “Group Members” by adding their WILD ID number;

The “Group Leader” will submit for the entire group by choosing the hunt choices for the group; The “Group Leader” can also add “Group Members” after the initial application submission up to the maximum allowed per species; The “Group Leader” cannot remove “Group Members” once submitted. Only Group Members can remove themselves from a group; Applications may be edited up until the submittal deadlines.

Select either the “Points Only” option, or select “Hunt Choices.”

Once the application is submitted, a pop-up will appear confirming the actions taken, and the confirmation number for the application.

To review the number of points you have in a category, select the “Points” link on the left hand side of the page.
