1. Welkom / Welcome

NL: De ‘Moeder aller veldritten’, is dé klassieker in het Belgische veldritlandschap in het hartje van de Druivenstreek. Een wedstrijd die sinds 1960 garant staat voor spektakel van de bovenste plank en spanning tot in de laatste ronde. Net daarom is de Druivencross dit jaar toegetreden tot het selecte groepje van Wereldbekerorganisatoren en zal dit topevent meteen ook de finale van de UCI CYCLO-CROSS World Cup op de kalender 2020-2021 zijn! ENG: The 'Mother of all cyclo-cross races', is the classic cyclo-cross in the Belgian countryside in the heart of the Druivenstreek. A race that has guaranteed spectacle and excitement until the last lap since 1960. It is precisely for that reason this year the Druivencross has joined the select group of World Cup organisers and will be the final Round of the UCI CYCLO-CROSS World Cup on the 2020-2021 calendar!

3. Reglement / Regulations

NL: De wedstrijden worden betwist volgens de reglementen van de U.C.I./K.B.W.B. De wedstrijden zijn voorbehouden aan volgende categorieën:

• Men Elite

• Women Elite Momenteel zijn er geen wedstrijden voor jeugdcategorieën toegelaten omwille van de COVID-19 beperkingen. https://www.ucicyclocrossworldcup.com/en/regulations-en Er is Geen publiek toegelaten op de wedstrijd. Elke renner heeft recht op maximaal 3 begeleiders die

allemaal een negatieve Covid test moeten kunnen voorleggen bij inschrijving.

ENG: The races will be contested according to the U.C.I./ Belgian Cycling regulations. The races are reserved for the following categories:

• Men Elite

• Women Elite Currently, no competitions for youth categories are allowed due to the COVID-19 restrictions. https://www.ucicyclocrossworldcup.com/en/regulations-en No spectators are allowed at the event. Each rider is entitled to a maximum of 3 persons, all of whom must be able to submit a negative Covid test at the registration office.

Dit jaar zal er geen ploegleiders vergadering plaatsvinden de avond voor de wedstrijd omwille van Covid-

19. De UCI verstuurt wel een protocol per email.

Kleedkamers: Omwille van COVID-19 zijn er geen kleedkamers. Huldigingsplechtigheid:

• De eerste drie renners

• De leider in de UCI Wereldbekerstand

• Voor categorieën : Dames Elite en Heren Elite

Team Managers Meeting:

There won’t be a team managers meeting on the day before the race because of Covid 19. The

organization and UCI will sent out releases to the different teams and national coaches.

Changing rooms: Due to COVID-19 there are no changing rooms. Celebration ceremony:

• The first three riders

• The leader in the UCI World Cup standings

• For categories : Ladies Elite and Men Elite

7. Renners Registratie / Riders Registration

NL:

Renners melden zich aan met hun renners-bubbel; 1 renner + 3 begeleiders. Zij moeten allemaal een

negatief Covid attest voorleggen aan de juryleden. De renner krijgt een enveloppe met een rugnummer, 2

schoudernummers en inkombandje “entrance” waarmee ze toegang hebben tot de site.

De nationale coaches of ploegleiders van de UCI cyclo-cross teams krijgen een polsbandjes “pit” en

“start/finish” afhankelijk van het aantal renners die ze vertegenwoordigen (zie UCI COVID protocol UCI

voor het exacte aantal per ploeg – nationaal team)

Parkingdoorlaten om toegang te krijgen tot de parking zullen op de Team Registration locatie

overhandigd worden. Vanaf de Locatie Team Registration zijn de Team Parking 1 en Team Parking 2

aangeduid.

ENG:

Riders sign up with their riders-bubble; 1 rider + 3 supervisors. They have to submit a negative Covid

certificate to the judges/COVID Doctor. The rider will receive an envelope with a back number, 2 shoulder

numbers and entrance bracelet "entrance" with which they have access to the site.

The national coaches or Team Managers of the UCI cyclo-cross teams receive a "pit" and "start/finish"

wristband depending on the number of riders they represent (see UCI COVID protocol UCI for the exact

number per team - national team).

Parking passes to gain access to the TEAM Parking 1 or 2 will be handed out at the Team Registration

location. From the Team Registration location, the Team Parking 1 and Team Parking 2 are highlighted.
