Unlimited “city” fares for a single calendar day. Day passes DO NOT

Commuter Passes: $10 (gives rider $11 worth of fares)

Can be purchased on CCPT buses or in the Planning Department

Office

Commuter passes have twenty-two (22) fifty cent ($0.50) boxes to

be used toward any combination of fares, including rural zone, and

deviation surcharges.

RURAL ZONE SERVICE

Call 518-561-1452

Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm

To arrange a ride on CCPT’s Rural Zone Dial-A-Ride service call CCPT at the number

above one business day before your trip (call Friday for a Monday trip) or up to two

weeks in advance.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Zones 1 & 2

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Zones 3&4

Service can be closed due to holidays or hazardous weather

Rural Zone only runs if trips have been arranged, and only stops at the destinations

listed below.

The fare is $10 (no student discount) regardless of pickup location.

Seniors (60+) who complete necessary paperwork can have their fare covered by the

Clinton County Office of the Aging (ask CCPT dispatch for more information).

The bus generally runs as follows:

9-10 am: Scheduled pick-ups

2:15-3:15 pm: First round of scheduled drop-offs

4– 5 pm: Second round of scheduled drop-offs (following the 3:45 pickup at the Renal

Center)

Accessibility/ Mobility

All CCPT buses have wheelchair lifts or ADA accessible ramps

Any passenger that prefers to use the lift/ramp can request assistance from

the driver

CCPT drivers announce the names of scheduled stops

All mobility devices (i.e. wheelchairs, scooters, rollators, walkers) must be secured

by the bus’s securement system for the safety of all passengers whether the device

is occupied or not.

Neither a passenger or their mobility device will be denied transportation if the de-

vice cannot be secured HOWEVER a passenger CAN BE denied transportation if

they refuse to allow securement

We recommend individuals seated in mobility devices use lap belt and shoulder

harness seatbelt, driver can assist with seatbelt securement

We recommend individuals using three-wheeled scooters transfer to a regular seat

if they are able

Please reserve front seats for seniors and passengers with disabilities. You may be

asked, but are not required, to move as a courtesy to another passenger. Many CCPT

buses have flip-seats to accommodate additional wheelchairs, you may be asked to

move from these seats to accommodate a passenger using a mobility device.

We welcome input on CCPT services, and encourage you to attend meetings. Infor-

mation about upcoming meetings can be found on our website.

Complaint Procedure:

Contact CCPT contracted operator at (518)561-1452 for concerns about drivers, dis-

patch or other CCPT employees. If contracted operator does not satisfactorily address

concern contact Clinton County Planning Department/CCPT at (518)565-4711.

If the Planning Department does not satisfactorily address concern contact the Deputy

County Administrator, at (518)565-4600

If you feel the Deputy County Administrator has not satisfactorily addressed the con-
