HYDRAULIC VERTICAL CONNECTION KIT cod. 26110LP
For a direct connection to the boiler. On the return connection a strainer has been included to protect the boiler from any dirty or impurity that may cause obstructions.
The Kit includes: 1. strainer 2. isolating valve 3. expansion vessel connection 4. water pressure gauge connection socket 5. filling loop connection (5. INTERN: Heating system
filling point) HYDRAULIC COMPENSATOR KIT cod. 26125LP
The use of a compensator is recommended when there is a primary circuit with its own circulating pump and a secondary circuit with one or more circulating pumps. The compensator will negate situations whereby the different pumps of the circuit will interact one with another creating abnormal flow variations.
The compensator will create a low pressure loss zone so that the primary circuit (of the boiler) will become independent from the secondary circuit to guarantee flexibility of installation and on systems with several pumps, high flow rates and high pump heads
The Kit includes: 1. washer (x2) Ø1”1/2; 2. washers (x2) Ø2”1/2; 3. hydraulic compensator ; 4. Ø2”1/2 => Ø2” adapters;
3-WAY VALVE KIT cod. 26097LP
It is possible to connect the boiler to a storage cylinder for the domestic hot water production by installing the 3-Way valve Kit. The installation of the 3-way valve kit (on the heating return) requires the use of a chronostat for the boiler control, excluding the use of a cascade regulator. The kit includes a 3- Way valve, a cylinder DHW temperature sensor (8 metres length) that will be connected to the boiler main pcb to enable the correct setting and data display (DHW temperature)
The Kit includes: 1. htg flow manifold to DHW storage cylinder Ø1”1/2; 2. htg return manifold from DHW storage cylinder Ø1”1/2; 3. 3-way valve; 4. storage cylinder dhw temperature sensor;

Hydraulic manifold kits are complete with:
− isolating valves: to guarantee ease of maintenance/service or a temporary exclusion of only 1 boiler without interrupting the cascade installation operation;
− non-return valve: for each individual boiler to avoid any circulation while the boiler is OFF;
− strainer: to protect the boiler from eventual obstruction created by impurities of the hydraulic circuit;

HYDRAULIC COMPENSATOR KIT – DN150 cod. 26116LP The use of a compensator is recommended when, in the same hydraulic system, there is a primary circuit (with its own pump) and a secondary circuit with one or more circulating pumps. The compensator will negate situations whereby the different pumps of the circuit will interact one with another creating abnormal flow variations. The compensator will create a low pressure loss zone so that the primary circuit (of the boiler) will become independent from the secondary circuit to guarantee flexibility of installation and on systems with several pumps, high flow rates and high pump heads. In this case the individual circuit head is controlled and determined by the performance/head of individual pumps.
The Kit includes: 1. Hydraulic compensator (DN150) with DN 65 PN 6
connections; 2. Washer for flange PN 6; 3. Automatic air vent; 4. heating flow temperature sensor socket 5. filling loop connection (gb) – 5- heating system filling point (int); 6. drain tap;

The RK 50 boiler is approved for both an indoor installation (boiler room or other) with or without modular box units or outdoor installation in modular box units.
The manufacturer recommends the use of Radiant original parts and accessories.
Individual boiler installation: a wide choice of flue kit option for the exhaust of combustion products into a flue duct or directly outside according to local regulations.
Flue kits and parts are in polypropylene material (for coaxial type flue kits, the inner pipe is in polypropylene, the outer pipe is in aluminium) to guarantee the highest mechanical resistance to the chemical action of the condensate and an easy installation.

FLUE MANIFOLDS
With cascade installation systems it is possible to discharge combustion emissions in only one flue duct using MK 50 flue manifold kit.
Available kits: :

Flue manifold are in polypropylene material to guarantee the highest mechanical resistance to the chemical action of the condensate and an easy installation.
Each individual boiler can be connected to the main manifold through the appropriate connector equipped with a mechanical non-return damper to avoid a flow back of combustion products when one or more boilers are not in operation.

SYSTEM FOR RIGID DUCTING Ø125 in PP material A rigid ducting system is suggested for the exhaust of combustion products through an existing chimney – flue duct – vertical openings/spaces that reach the top of the building (roof) of an adequate perimeter and designed for the passage of building technological systems. The system is completely realised in polypropylene material (PP) and thanks to the simple male/female installation system it guarantees easy and secure installation. Centring elements supplied with the system guarantee the perfect centring and vertical run of the rigid pipe. In the presence of flue ducts/chimneys with a not perfect straight-line run it is recommended the use of a flexible pipe system.

CASCADE REGULATION SYSTEM The purpose of the installation of a modular condensing boiler is to have a system that supplies the precise heat
demand from the plant under any variability condition, while at the same able to satisfy and manage any type of
user. For this reason, the management of the RK 50 boiler, either standalone or in cascade formation is possible
through the use of a series of accessories aimed at optimising the climatic control of the heat generating plant while
making full use of the boiler output. SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS:
Sequence control for up to a maximum of eight boilers. Used to manage, control and programme the operating sequence of the boilers connected to the cascade
installation. The sequence control can be preset and programmed by means of parameters that allow ideal
temperature conditions to be guaranteed at all times during the day and night, seven days a week, for both the
domestic hot water and central heating systems. In addition to being panel-mounted, the regulator can also be wall-mounted separately in its own housing.
