11”x17” POSTERS

Posters must display the following information: Vendor logo, reference to “on campus location or store”, contact information

Posters on stakes must be approved by SLD. Approval is good for 2 weeks

Posters for ASI programs can be laminated, approved & distributed by the ASI Street Team

STAKING

  11”x17” posters must be approved by SLD   Cannot exceed 25 for any one event

  Posters cannot exceed 17”x22”   Posters may be placed on grassy areas

  Cannot be over three feet from the ground   Stakes cannot be longer than 36 inches

  Do not place stakes in the following areas:   Flower beds,   Any where that interferes with irrigation system   West Turnaround islands   Hillside next to USU escalator   Or in a manner that blocks a walkway, driveway or street

  Posters may be placed 7 days prior to the event & must be removed within 3 days following the event

7TH STREET MARQUEE Submit request 1 month prior to posting date

Priority goes to: -Annual University-wide events -Intercollegiate sports -Major ASI sponsored attractions that are open to the general public -Major events held in the Pyramid or Carpenter Center

  All ad artwork must be submitted by the end of the day on the Friday before print

  Using an intercampus mail envelope – fill in mail services under department   Envelopes and drop box

available at the AS Business Office. Mail is picked up at 10AM daily.

  The USU has three different display cases   West Patio Showcases   2nd floor lobby   South Plaza Terrace

  All three are free to utilize, but must be reserved at the Robert C. Maxon Student Organization Center

  Reservations are for one week at a time and for one case only –Plan accordingly
