The finish grade level provided by GMR shall be at elevation 313.0 m in BTG area/ Section 1.3.4, Ref. # 1
Design Ground Water Elevation
All concrete reinforcement shall be high strength deformed reinforcing bars with a minimum yield
strength, fy = 415 N/mm2, conforming to IS-1786.
Concrete for the boiler building foundation mat, which is integral with PA FAN foundation, shall
consist of grade M25 concrete with a cube strength of f'ck = 25 N/mm2 conforming with IS-456.
Design Ground Water Table shall be taken as 7.5m below final grade elevation - as recommended in final
Geotechnical Investigation Report.

The site of the Raipur- Chhattisgarh Coal Fired Power Plant is located near Raikheda Village, Raipur
District, in the State of Chhattisgarh, India. The site is about 12 Km from the Tilda town and 55 Km
from Raipur.
Primary Air Fan piers shall consist of grade M35 concrete with a cube strength of f'ck = 35
N/mm2 conforming with IS-456.
Soil Coefficient of Sub grade Reaction
The foundation shall be supported on a mass of lean concrete resting on weathered rock (layer III) with a
