WHAT YOU GET? PARTICIPATINGThe Wellington Chamber of Commerce will provide the following benefits to restaurant/catering established chamber members participating in the Flavors of Wellington event.

Designation and recognition as a participating restaurant/catering establishment in the following:

• Event posters/flyers• Event Program• Wellington Chamber and social media sites• Wellington Chamber website (wellingtonchamber.com)• Recognition at the monthly luncheons prior to event• Recognition at the event• Pre-event and post-event recognition in all press releases• Prizes for Best Entree, Best of Show, and Best Dessert• One free e-mail blast per month each month May 1 - December 1, 2015 ($160.00 value)

WE WILL PROVIDE• Table with skirts and two chairs• Electric (if needed) - Electric is limited and will be provided on a first come-first serve basis

YOU PROVIDE• Two ounce portions precooked (appetizers, entrees or desserts) for the tasting to accommodate 500 guests. Butane tanks are permissible if needed.• Must be set up by 3:30 pm and food delivered by 5:30 pm• All serving equipment, utensils, plates, cups, napkins, etc. • Adequate employees to serve• Competitive and creative visual presentation• Pre-event promotions at your establishment (i.e.: posters, ticket sales, etc.)• Complete cleanup of your area by 10:30 pm

STEP 1Send back signed participa-tion agreement and menu items to be offered at the event with correct spelling of dish/drink.

STEP 2Send us an image from your restaurant to be featured on our website and Facebook next to your restaurant list-ing.

STEP 3Attend a site visit to ensure smooth installation on the day of the event.

STEP 4Enjoy this opportunity to see clients, make new ones and introduce yourself to the area’s most affluent din-ers..
