I. Submitting Trips/Expenses on TripLog Web 

1. Login to your TripLog web account online https://TripLogMileage.com

2. Click on the Trips or Transactions tab. 

 

3. Search by the dates and other criteria. Select the trips or expenses that you would like to submit for Approval with the checkmark on the left of each row. Click the checkbox at the top of the table to select all of the rows.

4. Click the Submit button at the top of the page. Add any comments that you would like. Then click “Submit” on the pop-up window.

5. You will see a summary message describing how many trips or expenses have been submitted. You will receive emails when the trips or expenses are approved or rejected.

II. Submitting Trips on the TripLog Mobile app 

1. Open the TripLog app and tap the menu.

2. Tap the Approval tab.

3. You will see a summary of Submitted, Not Submitted, Approved, and Rejected trips. You can filter by a date range on the left, activity on the right, and year on the top right. Tap “Submit” to submit trips that have not been submitted yet.

4. Add any comments that you would like. Then tap “Submit” (iOS) or “OK” (Android) to submit the trips.
