It’s the primary source for the most helpful information we offer. Although we build in 7 counties, prices shown are for new homes in Car-bon County and Western Monroe County. We also build in southern parts of Pike, Wayne, Lackawanna and Luzerne counties and northern Schuylkill county. Build prices for these other counties can be as much as 10% higher due to the higher cost of labor, materials, distribution and supply-chain costs. Think of it more like a “discount” for building in Carbon and western Mon-roe county since it’s more cost effective to build there.
