Filler in powder, for interior use, manual application. • Substrates to be prepared as per the current building trade practices. • Substrates must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry. • Boxes: 1 and 2 kg. • Bag in bag: 5x1 and 10x1 kg • No danger tag. • Safety data sheets available on http://www.toupretpro.co.uk or on quickfds.com or toupret.com. The data sheet information, especially the guidelines relevant to the application and final use of LE REBOUCHEUR are provided in good faith and result from the knowledge of the products and experience of TOUPRET company. The product is required to be used as per the trade practices rules book and in reference to our recommendations. The information provided is relevant to applications processed under a temperature of 20°C, a hygrometry rate of 50 % and on normal-absorbent substrates. The times mentioned are only indicative and depend on the substrate, the coat thickness, and the ambient conditions. • Application tool: filling knife or with trowel or blade • Tools cleaning: The product residues are to be rubbed off when dry. Water cleaning is unnecessary. • Preservation: product guaranteed 12 months, from the original purchase invoice date as evidence, in its original sealed packaging and stored away from humidity. • Do not apply on polystyrene, nor on adhesive coverings nor on exterior substrates. • Do not apply under a temperature < 8 °C and > 35 °C nor under an hygrometry rate over 70%. • Do not apply on warm/overheated surfaces • Do not apply on damp surfaces • Do not mix the paste any longer once it has begun to set. • NFT 30-608: Coating fillers for interior works and/or exterior . • NFT 36-005: Characterization of paint products. • French DTU 59.1 (NFP 74-201): Building paint works. • French DTU 59.4 (NFP 74-204): Setting up of wall papers and wall coatings. LE REBOUCHEUR: filler in powder form, made of gyspsum plaster, selected quary materials and cellulosic binder. • Characterization (NFT 36-005): Family III class 3 • Codification (NFT 30-608): G 3 E 5 S 2 V 0 W 0 A 0 C 0 • Mixing rate: 50% water (hence 0.5 litre water per 1 kg powder) • Application thickness: no thickness limitation • Consumption: 1 kg powder allows to fill a volume of 1.1 litre • Working time: 30 to 40 minutes • Second coat: once the filler is dry • Overcoating: 12 to 24 h average time (when fully dry) • Colour: white • Shore hardness: 80 • Adhesion filler/substrate (NFT 30-608): > 0,5 MPa LE REBOUCHEUR can be overcoated by any TOUPRET filler, any conventional paint or wall covering.
