Hand Tools for CrimpingNittan Techno hand tools can beused to crimp a wide variety ofindividual terminals to wires. Handtools are very convenient for workon the bench or in the field.

Applicator DiesMini-dies determine the shape ofthe crimped terminal. That shapedetermines the quality of the con-nection between the wire and theterminal. We design, test and certifydie sets for all our terminals.

ApplicatorsApplicators hold the dies in place sothat the crimp can be made. Theyalso feed the terminals to the wire.We design applicators for all of ourmini-dies/terminals(in end-feed,side-feed and other varieties).

Collection Unit(optional)An optional collection unit is available. It consists of tworobot grips: one to catch processed wires, and the other tohold a hold a bundel until an operator arrives. Thenember of wires per bundel is set through the controlpanel. A bundelling unit, that eliminates the need for anoperator, is also available.

Soldering UnitThe NAC-1000H & NAC-1000WH comes with a built-insoldering line. The line includes a wire twister, fluxapplier, solder bath and cooler. On the NAC-series thewire is dipped in the solder bath, in this way very littleslug is generated in the bath. An optional soldered wirediameter checker is available.

Wire Seal Supply SystemThe wire seal supply system used a rotating drum tosupply seals to a vibrating magazine feeder. Pneumaticgrips grasp the seals and slide them onto pre-positionedwires. By changing a few parts, different types of sealscan aesily be applied. Both vertical axis and horizontalaxis rotating and vibrating drums are available.

The Control PanelAll the controls including wire length, strip length,insulaton cutting depth and crimp position are madethrough an electronic touch-screen control panel. Thepanel is mounted on a swinging arm that is easy to accessby the operator.

Wire Measuring SystemThe NAC-series comes with a highly accurate wiremeasuring system.The system uses maching pairs ofrollers to feed and measure the wire in-line. A computercontrolled servo-motor powers the system.

Insulation Cutting UnitThe NAC-series incorporates a highly accurate andefficient wire insulation cutting and stripping unit. Wireinsulation depth can be set, through the control panel, towithin 0.01mm. The strip length is accurate to within0.1mm. Stripped insulation is promptly discharged.
