Information about the composition: "Nature" is a sound work influenced by the Hieronymous Bosch’s triptych The garden of delights. The piece emphasizes the idea of the triumph of hedonism and uses sounds of nature mingling among themselves to interpret various icons of this painting, through a sound idea.
Artist bio
Alfonso Carrasco was born in Mexico, where he studied Arts and violoncello, attending the bachelor of music at the University of Xalapa (Veracruz). As part of his musical training, he integrated various orchestras in Mexico, as the Youth Orchestra of the State of Veracruz. He has lived and worked in Barcelona for four years, where he has studied refresher courses of instrumental music at the Conservatorio del Liceu, and the degree of Composition and New Technologies at the Pompeu Fabra University. He participated in concerts of contemporary music in galleries in Barcelona, as in the Space of Contemporary Art Niu.
In 2007, he participated in the 5th International Competition for Electroacoustic Miniatures organized by the Government of Andalusia. In 2008, he took part in the Zeppelin Festival in Barcelona in the Contemporary Culture Centre of Barcelona (CCCB), in the Transhift 08 Festival in Knoxville (Tennessee), the 7th International Image Festival of Manizales (Colombia) and the Fabbrica Europa 08 Festival, in Florence (Italy), where he presented a sound work that was also selected to be broadcasted on the Papesse Italian radio. His works were also selected this year to take part in the Chicago Sound Experience Festival, the Stripart 2008 Festival in Barcelona, the InSonora IV 2008 Festival in Madrid, his work B.I.O was selected to participate in the MOVE new media, the first digital sound fair in Spain which took place in La Coruña.

Sweet harmonies don’t exclude noisy drones. Musical styles don’t matter, if it comes to the point when excitation, tension or even silence is created within compositions.
My focus of interest is in the soul of music. from deep within.
Because human beings tend to be guided and faked by bits and pieces of musical expressions which are constantly invading their brains, hearts and souls, i decided in a harsh and lonely winternight to manipulate with soundscapes, destrukt fieldrecordings and fool around with drum modules for the rest of my life in search of sonorical wonderland. grounded and spiraled out. the journey continues.

Antre D'eux is a ghostly imaginary soundscape. For this meditative piece, Anton Mobin used his own field recordings and he plays live any sequences of sound effects : Crystal Glasses, plexiglass ans thunder drum.
All field recordings were made by Anton Mobin in variable climatic conditions & places (mainly in France). Sometimes inside for light vibrations of air, the other times outside, to capture the play of the nature on trees, and the strom.
Antre is a natural hollow serving as refuge to man. Eux for them. But Antre D'eux is a play on words which means Entre deux, between.

BIO: David j Fonseca estudió en el Conservatorio Superior de Sevilla en la especialidad de guitarra. Participó en diversas bandas de rock durante los años 90. Now Caselli is teacher of Italian Leterature and History at high school and work at Edizione Nazionale delle Opere di Giacomo Puccini in Lucca. after studiing of pianoforte, Caselli has been graduated at Musical Institut "Boccherini" in Lucca at twoyears Tecnological Specialization with 110/110. Caselli produces shows of experimental theatre like actor and regist and some of his poems and stories has been signalized in literary prizes. In the last years Caselli has dedicated himself at musical composition and video production; is composition "Hydra II" is between the works that have taken part in FrammentAzioni project (chosen between 716 compositions from 34 countries) in Udine (october 2008)in the music Festival Contemporanea 2008. Caselli's compositions has been played in many musical events. Caselli is President of Cultural Association V.a.g.a. (Visioni Atipiche Giovani Artisti) and is a journalist.
Caselli's music is characterized by minimalism and 70's aesthetics but always there's a looking for melody also in electronic compositions.

Israel Martínez (Mexico, 1979) is sound artist, empirical composer and he has a degree in communications. He works in different fields: experimental & electroacoustic music composition, sonic installation and sitespecific projects. He has participated in diverse sound art, electroacoustic and experimental music festivals in Mexico as Radar, Visiones Sonoras, Mutek, Muestra Internacional de Arte Sonoro, Instrumenta, Interface and SONOM, as well as multimedia festivals as Transitio MX and Estacionarte. He has also performed and his works have been played at different festivals and concerts in England, France, USA, Austria, Spain, Mexico and Colombia. ((noish~)) Experimental sound work place somewhere between Concrete Music and Postdigital Error Aesthetics. The daily reality and his peripheries are the basic material that I do mutate and deconstruct through the possibilities of the digital code and sometime his errors, generating new units of sensation, with which I build autonomous sound universes. Imaginaries spaces to try open new ways for active hearing and to expand other sensibility to perceive the sound phenomenon.
About the software for the process of deconstruccion and mutation of the input sources ((analogic and digital fields recordings)) i use Pure DAta patches and techniques like granular synthesis, weilets and fourier resynthesis. And other audio tools like audacity and ardour from Ubuntu Studio. After this process we obtain “blocks of sonorous expression” of dimensions and changeable heterogeneity, which already don not refer to a reality but which have entity by themself. With these blocks the piece was created.
For the construccion of tAocyberPunK, i used like input sound sources >> fields recordings from Alpujarra Mountains ((Granada)){rivers,stones,insects} and also sonifications of txt,pdf and html files about the tao phylosophi, by the shell command cat >> and a system of feedback pipes in combination with pure data,and a strong granular synthesis work with all this material.

Veshcle title: Because They Ask So Little of Life
An improvised session on turntable, preamplifier, testtone record and Max/MSP. Some mastering, but otherwise as recorded live. I've still got some kinks to work out in regards to using MIDI to control patches, but it's becoming more and more useful to me.
Vehscle is a project organized on reactions to field recordings of our overlooked sonic environment; to the latent functions of instruments; to finding music where none existed before. Individual tracks may contain unadulterated fields; they may be digitally processed beyond recognition, or they may be seminal sonic ideas, from which the final production grew.
Vehscle is mostly the work of one individual, with a growing amounts of material annexed from friends, coworkers, anonymous bystanders (thanks, by the way). The means of production range from solo improvisations on turntable, testtone record and programming, to compositions of fieldrecordings and radio broadcasts (check out the lyrics for details). This is music for neither parties nor ambience. This is music for those times we didn't live, the places we weren't, the people we couldn't meet, the sounds we never heard.

NAD found its birth by reprocessing pieces of recordings done by Oubys, my ambient outlet.
With NAD I try to focus more on noise and composition directions similar to older forms done in music concrète and other experimentel music years before.I’m quite influenced by the works of Luc Ferrari and Tod Dockstader, so I like their approach of handle sounds and making music with it.I want to take advantage of all kinds of soundsources. From computers to wires used to hang out luggage. So I record sounds, process them with the aid of a sampler and a computer. Sometimes I resample pieces of older recorded stuff.I do also use synthesisers, in a matter of fact, a sampler is a synthesizer too.
It’s a mixing and arranging process.I’m also influenced by processes in nature. For example: cell metabolism, the way enzymes maintain equilibrium in cellporcesses, immunology and so on/

Yannick franck (né en Belgique en 1981) est artiste sonore et plasticien, ses recherches sont basées sur la captation et l'utilisation d'éléments du réel, qui "perçus dans leurs formes les plus substantielles, s'altèrent d'euxmêmes, au fil des instants qui se succèdent...". Traités et organisés de façon intuitive, ces éléments sont confrontés à la réalité immédiate, recontextualisés. Fragments d'un réel transfiguré, qui dévoillent une attention particulière, un dialogue intimement expressif entre monde physique et ses métamorphoses. Ce rapport poétique à la réalité, qui se développe au sein d’un constant souci d’expérimentation, est alimenté par une réflexion de fond axée sur le réel et ses représentations dans le contexte de la création contemporaine. La dimension intuitive des créations de Yannick Franck prend toute son ampleur lors de ses improvisations électroacoustiques, durant lesquelles il utilise sa voix comme principal instrument tout en combinant une grande variété de sources sonores (instruments, objets, enregistrements de terrain) avec une concentration et une urgence tangibles. His creations are often qualified as abstract and meditative. by various experimental practices and processes, yannick franck underlines his relation to the world, observes and transforms the components of reality. shade and light, vibration and resonance are delivered as components of his artworks. The datas of the physical world's permanent alterations, becoming naturally abstract, are asserted as (a)esthetic elements.

Deliberately antithetic and intentionally enigmatic, Zn'shñ is enthused by Butoh iconography, Japanese Gagaku aesthetic and Tibetan rituals codification. Operating a dual electronic unit (Elvire Bastendorff & Franck Smith), Zn'shñ deepens some very specific works around phonocrafting and noise manufacturing.
