CDM - Central Data Management SPM - Systems Processes Management • Teams were both created on 01st July 2015 . • Both teams are based in Malta. • Currently SPM has a total of 5 employees
• Currently CDM has a total of 9 employees

SPM • Focus on the accounting side.
• Main communication is done
with the destination CFO and accounting team.
What’s the difference between CDM & SPM?
CDM • Focus on the Operational side,
including contracting and reservations.
• The data managers are the right hand of the CDM team.
Weekly calls are held with all the DMC’s accounting and operational teams to follow up on any issues or problems encountered.

• Tasks are assigned to the topic leaders / data managers.
• Follow up’s on any issues encountered during the week.
• Update on tickets as also project Beagle are included in the call.
• System Checklists / KPI’s.
• Monitoring of processes.
