(57) ABSTRACT Embodiments of the invention provide a system for generat ing an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) database. The sys tem comprises a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory comprises a list of telephone numbers associated With one or more destinations implementing IVR, Wherein the destinations are grouped based on at least one category; instructions executable by the processor for auto matically communicating With at least one user; and instruc tions executable by the processor for at least one personal record from the at least one user and for storing the at least one personal record in the IVR database.
