GROWTH THROUGH ACQUISITION

In March 2013 Sysorex acquired 100% of the assets of Lilien LLC including its subsidiary Lilien Systems, Inc. Lilien will operate as Lilien Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sysorex.

Lilien is a profitable enterprise IT infrastructure solution provider with over $40 million in annual revenue.

Accomplishments Geoffrey founded Lilien Systems in 1984. He has overseen the company’s growth from him being the only employee to where it is today – one of the top IT solution providers in the Western US with five offices in four states with over 50 employees.

Much of Lilien Systems’ longevity and success can be attributed to the company’s culture that has evolved under his leadership. Geoffrey started out as a technologist and instituted the practice of having the most capable and communicative technical staff in the industry. By hiring and retaining the most talented people, Lilien Systems has long been recognized for its sales, technical, and operational excellence.

His leadership extends into the reseller community and has been active on HP Enterprise Council and Avnet Executive Partner Council, and is regularly quoted in CRN and other trade press. In 2009 he received the VAR 500 Best Partnership Award recognizing nearly two decades of successful partnering with Hewlett-Packard.

Geoffrey was responsible for the company’s finances until the Lilien Systems acquisition by Sysorex in early 2013, and continues to be responsible for strategic business planning and expansion.

He has been with Lilien for more than 20 years and has been instrumental in helping grow company revenue from less than $500,000 in 1992 to over $40M in 2012, creating their current dominant market position. In addition, Dhruv serves as a member of Sysorex’s Board of Directors.

Dhruv leads Lilien’s Business Development activities for all of their emerging growth partners and practices, where he is responsible for partner relationships for the purpose of building synergies that drive revenue growth for the company. In addition to his business development responsibilities, he has been one of the significant “rainmakers” for the company, propelling sophisticated solution selling to major accounts for Lilien. Individually, Dhruv has been one of the top revenue producers for the company over the last 20 years.

> GG Ventures SA - Dhruv has also founded and built a property development business in Nicaragua called El Encanto del Sur. For the venture, he created the business plan, incorporated the company and raised all the funding capital through a private offering.
