Statement of the problem
Most of the educational institutes of India does not have any proper
interactive online college magazine through which everyone
including staff members, students ,faculty and others can view the
articles written by the students . Atmost ,the institutes have just
provided the facility of reading the articles .The users (who have the
privilege) cant rate ,like or dislike the articles or any other material
provided in the magazine.But in our magazine the user will be
provided with such accesses,so that they can upload ,like dislike ,rate
the magazines contents.

Objective
The Online College Magazine (OCM) application enables users toset up online community, student can browse through thearticles, pictures and posts. a system administrator to approve
and reject requests for new post and articles lists of differentcategories.
Thus promoting literary insight. Articles can be searched by anybody in
the world. Factors behind the motivation of this system are:
Also on the agenda is designing an online college magazine sitefor faculties to manage student and also help them onlinewithout having to visit the class physically.
Our online college magazine will use the internet as the sole
method for sharing new ideas to its reader all over the world. Thestudent will be in complete control of his/her profile by using theunique username concept. Reading will be highly personalizedand the post will provide at sorted by their reviews states. Therewill be an chat room for student as well as faculties to sharethere ideas. Site will provide way to download the document indifferent formats. But it will also block unnecessary download.This, in brief, is a description of our product which will showcasea complete reading experience in a small package.
1. Not all students make it to the printed magazine.
2. Creativity of students needs to be nurtured.
Creating a user-friendly interactive place wherestudents/faculties can share their ideas.

It not only reaches a wider audience, it can get there faster.Instant market feedback. With todays technology, publishers can find out
which sections are most popular and which are largely ignored. They knowhow much time people spend reading their magazines. Readership surveysfor printed magazines are costly and time-consuming.
They can provide more content - not only traditional articles but audio
and video streaming as well.
