IMPRO Employee Management

INTRODUCTION:

The project entitled IMPRO Employee Management is a pilot project for

small insurance company to manage their employees.

PROJECT:

IMPRO Employee Management is a software application to maintaining

to manage the employees in the organization. This project is provided with

options to enter all employees in the organization according to their

ranches. this program also have option to trac! vacancies availale in each

department.

OBJECTIVE:

The main ojective of the application is to automate the employee

administration" particularly to trac! all the employee details and to trac!

vacancies in each department. The other important ojective of this program

is evaluate the each employee in the company and ased on that promotions

will e given.

SCOPE:

This application have wide scope in the corporate companies" once it is

successfully implanted in one company then same software can e used in

many companies across the country.
