It features a main function area with stunning sights across open farmland with a view of the Grampians, polished timber floors and an extensive outdoor decking. The two period style homesteads are also perfect for smaller functions of a maximum of 20 guests. Sylvania Park won the Powercor Business of the Year Award in 2013. Sylvania Park offers a conference with an experience in a unique and secluded environment. Guests have the option of being involved in farm activities, participating in a farm tour or just relaxing in the peaceful rural environment. LOCATION Only 10 minutes from Horsham and 20 minutes from the Grampians National Park, this 500 acre mixed grazing and agri-tourism property is bordered by 7kms of picturesque Wimmera River frontage. The venue is fully licensed. ACCOMMODATION There are two self-contained houses called Mill End and Riversleigh. Both homesteads are luxuriously appointed with period furniture. Mill End Lodge is the original mud brick homestead of this property and boasts four bedrooms. The Riversleigh accommodates 10 people in five bedrooms with a lounge, dining room and kitchen.
